Before he started he talked to me explaining the procedure and the use of novocaine shots to numb the area. He emphasized I was to tell him if I felt any pain and he would inject more novocaine until I had NO pain. He kept his word and I thanked him for using small stitches- I was impressed By his technique.I am seeing him tomorrow so he can remove the stitches! Not only are they timely, but they are friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. I was particularly impressed with the two young ladies that I had interaction with Marta and Toi. Marta smiled and greeted me and everyone with such a welcoming attitude even at 6:30 in the morning. Toi my nurse who drew blood and helped me find my prescription on the computer performs her job seamlessly. Dealing with patients all day long they are getting needles stuck in them can be a little taxing, I am sure but quest and these two nurses make it all a very pleasant experience.

The tv was broken, the tv should have the pt names and who is next in the order so you know how behind they are. It is a very helpful item. So that didn't help with the people who kept bothering the techs every time they asked them when they opened the door. They were 45 minutes behind with my appointment, I asked the tech how he was and if this was his normal. He said yes. I asked how many techs were there and a lady from another room yelled we have 4 techs and are all working. I was shocked that I couldn't even speak to my own tech.
