Love this location of Quest. Another successful visit this week. Keep in mind, remember to bring a copy of your Lab Order from your doctor... as it's not always set up correctly in their system. I forgot mine, so needed to get it faxed over from my doctor... added a half hour to my visit. Otherwise, so easy. Modern, clean, professional. They added an additional staff member at the door to help direct patients and help for those who are using the check-in terminals. I checked in with a tap on my cell phone via the text they sent. Nice screens in waiting area show all appointments. My blood drawn at 730am... lab results showed up that same night. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED read more

I came first thing in the morning as a walk-in. I could not get an appointment due to the fact that they had a two week waited for an appointment. Well, I have a new job and three business days to get an employment screening, so I took a chance and waited an hour and a half. When I checked in the computer said that it would only be 30 to 60 minutes for a walk-in and I was willing to wait. 90 minutes later, one of the staff members came out and informed those of us who had walked in that it would be 2 to 3 hours. Are you kidding me? Then she chastised us for not having appointments! There is a two week wait for appointments. How do you satisfy an employers three day rule? Why do they even bother offering pre-employment screens knowing this? And why does their computer inform people that it's just 30 to 60 minutes. This is very poor Management. Such a shame. read more

I was able to get an appointment on the same day today. I kept checking app and one opened up for 10:30 so I rushed over. I waited about 5 minutes and I was taken back. Bloodwork and urine test was fast. Now we wait for the results. Occasionally I have had results not come through and I don't get explanation. Today was very unusual but the waiting room was not crazy busy. You do have the option to wait in your car and receive a text message to come in. Bring license and insurance cards as they request a new scan on every visit. read more

I had a great experience with Ngo, she was so kind and very talented, chose a vein and got the blood on the first try. The waiting room experience is a little bit confusing as there are no humans to support and it doesn't tell you for certain once you're on the waitlist if you will be seen, it just says that they will try to get you in. Have never had such an awful experience having my blood drawn first of all, they had a girl who was being trained, trying to put in my information. She had no idea what she was doing second of all the trainee. Try to draw my blood and told me I was dehydrated, which is not true because I drank a whole gallon of water yesterday and today I was stuck for blood three different times. They finally had a call in somebody who was like an expert. Then they're telling me insurance isn't gonna cover it, which is not true because I know the law other than that everything was wonderful. read more

I thought I would be the rush by showing up at 6:30am. No such luck, lotsa people already waiting in line. By time they called me as a 'walk-in' it was 7:30. Chrystelle was the best. I appreciate the fact that she was thorough from beginning to end, not to mention that her STICK was completely flawless. The needles are thick but you don't feel her when she takes your blood. We had to drop off a specimen .It is Saturday. My wife was told she had to sign in. She did. Her name appeared on the screen for an 8:40 Appointment. Then she was given a number 101. A tech then came out and said she had to re register. He wasted fifteen minutes re registering and the same information came up on the screen. As a medical professional, I have never been more infuriated with an outpatient facility. I have been here 4 times as it is very close to my home and very convenient. But 3/4 times it has been a major problem. The lab staff seems to be completely overwhelmed 100% of the time. Each time I have been in there, they have declared "no more walk ins". It seems that close by is a drug testing facility as many patients talk about this openly in the waiting area. My ire is that the lab routinely CANCELS PATIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS. Have an appointment? Doesn't matter - they will cancel a bunch and then see who complains. That apparently is what they staffers need to do to survive. I have had my labs cancelled twice when I was on time and present. Once they accomodated me, the second time they didn't - and that's why I'm writing this review. And that's even giving them the benefit of the doubt when they drew blood, resulted it under the wrong patient (a never event) and I had to go back and have it re-done. That's not ok. I don't know who is managing or in charge of this facility but it should be appropriately staffed, not chronically understaffed such that the workers have to cancel draws to survive. If I had an important lab to be drawn and resulted that had to be done on time I might choose another facility - any other facility. Poor execution and overwhelming is the problem here. read more

If you knock on the door to ask a question they ignore u and when they finally answer the door they say you are not allowed to knock. It is disgusting. I went here to get blood drawn for my teen daughter and to get some containers. You still need a mask here and luckily I had one in my car (though you can wait outside until they call you in). The first time I came, the kiosk said 5 mins to get the container (it was really 20) and finally I asked an employee when they opened the door if they could help me (sheree was helpful). I went back the next day at 6:30 a.m (as she suggested - she told me I didn't need an appt- my daughter is in hs so we had to get here early). Good thing I signed in right away- they called me right away. Joanne helped and we got my daughter's labs drawn. Got new containers and will be bringing those back). Ironically, I commented how nice the green gloves were (well, sort of)-ahd she told me they color coded everything. They match the green on the wall and their scrubs match the grey on the wall. The place is not new but it has had a facelift which I understand they desperately needed. No sanitizer here so make sure you have your own. Now let's hope when I bring back the container, hope all will go well. I would've given it more stars but it was odd that the kiosk told me the first day that my wait time was 5 minutes - and then I waited 25 minutes until someone helped me. Subsequently, I found out that the kiosk keeps updating but it doesn't update the customer! The people that I interacted with however, were very helpful!) read more

The revamped facility is absolutely wonderful. Please note you need to check in using a user-friendly kiosk pad at the entrance. I highly recommend booking an appointment online to reduce or eliminate your wait time. Parking is tight right by the entrance but there are many spots closer to Wendy's which are easier to get in and out of. Hats of to the beautiful SANDRA who take care of me today. She was very friendly, kind and patient. I hope she gets a raise soon because she was the absolute best. Keep up the great work!!! read more

Rude staff. Some of the ladies act like you are bothering them and are a huge inconvenience to them. Had an appointment at the end of the day and they gave me such an attitude. If it's such a problem then why didn't the Quest portal ask how many labs I had to do before scheduling. Don't the employees realize that some patients are sick to begin with and aren't feeling well. We should be treated kindly and patently. In return, I hope that Quest is paying the employees that have to work a little after closing time. read more

Yes, you heard right, the bathrooms lack a soap dispenser and there is no trash can to throw the prep pads they give you to sanitize yourself before a urine sample. I've had a favorable experience at this location every time I've gone, and I've been there a lot. I schedule my appointments online, and mobile check-in is so fast and easy. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes. I do not recommend going as a walk-in. The nurses are very nice and personable. I usually wind up with Michelle, who is fantastic, but yesterday, Tina was my nurse. She's wonderful, too. I get queasy with blood draws, so Tina made sure to keep me distracted by engaging me in conversation. She used the smallest needle and was very gentle. I got my blood drawn at this location by Sondra who was fantastic! I pass out on occasion during blood draws however Sondra was so quick and efficient that I didn't have time to panic or have built up anxiety over the blood draw. Great experience all because of Sondra. read more

What kind of medical facility doesn't offer a mask to patrons in case you miss having one accessible? Unfortunately during our visit the computers were down and there seemed a lack of organization (probably due to the computers being down but I heard the nurse or office director say to a disgruntled patient "the computers were down all of yesterday") This place was small with no screen to view who is up next and looked filthy (it may have been clean but it was a small space and really didn't look well kept for a medical place. The quest on military trail is functional and clean. A RESPONSE TO YOUR FOLLOW UP: Thank you so much for your response. The only thing that wasn't excusable during the visit (if you can look past the cleanliness...since tech support will be able to improve service) was the rude manner in which they refused to provide a mask. If none are available fair enough but it wasn't communicated in a very nice or professional manner. Please note the other nearby quest off of south military trail is incredible and the staff (Gigi !) we're absolutely fantastic. It was a nightmare. They couldn't find my orders. Finally after an hour they called me back again. The tech was rude, unintelligible, and kept me waiting for over a half hour while he was on the computer. When he stuck me it really hurt and again each time he changed the tube. They processed my urine incorrectly. My doctor said that they were supposed to put some urine in a tube, so now I have to go back. I will never go to this location again even if I have to travel.
