They have a 2 1/2 hour away with a lobby full of people and kids without mask shame on them

I schedule an appointment at Quest Diagnostics at 1001 SW 13th Street, Suite 105 Boca Raton, Florida I scheduled my appointment on their website online for August 23rd at 1:45pm. I also entered my Insurance card, my identification which includes your birthday and year online. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (if that is not bad enough) my Neurologist, Dr.Rubin requested that I register online to get in quicker. I still had to wait 5 business day to get my blood work done. I arrived walking in with a cane. A overweight women cut in front of me almost knocking me down. I notice the electronic checkin. So now, I confirm again online, So this is my 3rd time. The electronic machine tells me to sit and wait, which I did. They called my name and I walked in. Some administrative assistant short overweight women tells me "no walk in allowed. So, finally I talk to Anette, the temporary nurse. She completed my blood work. Thank you to Annette for your HELP. Worst company ever. If you could avoid this place, do yourself a favor, find another location!!! Reason I am giving a two star is because of Annette. Annette thank you again. Great customer service!!

Wait time fast; office staff and phlebotomist efficient, friendly. I usually have hard to find veins/slow bleeding; and Chondra was great!

Typically my doctor(s) have taken my blood at their offices when I am there for an appointment but…read morelike other doctors I've had, they sent me to QUEST DIAGNOSTICS to get my blood tests done.... IN THE PAST, I'd walk in to the office waiting room and go to the service window and sign in... the staff member would verify my doctor's order/request and tell me to sit until they call my name (a lesser wait if you have an appointment but it was not required). BUT ON THIS DAY, I entered the waiting room but then service window was missing.... it was literally gone and now there is only a couple of digital kiosks to sign in. I don't know the info for everything, I have a couple questions and I don't know if I signed in correctly. There is a glass door into the offices so we knock but no one came. AFTER 30 MINUTES my name is called... as I walk to the door, another gentleman that was clearly as frustrated as I was, asked the girl a question... she was rude and short with him. WHY ? ? ? There is no one to help and this guy in about 80 years old left to figure out the digital system. She could've helped but instead she just told him he signed in wrong and to do it again (no offer to assist). Another phlebotomist takes me to a room beyond the glass door and she asks for my doctors order (referral) and I told her it was sent from the doctor's office. She RUDELY told me it was not; so I called right in front of her and they said it was sent and even gave me the date and time. The staff member really did not care and said I need it from the doctor so I told her I will have them send it over right away... didn't matter because the Quest phlebotomist said regardless of when we get it, it will take at least 45 minutes to process. I understand the wait to process but the RUDENESS and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS INTOLERABLE so I left... and the waste of time of not being able to sign in with a staff member (could've told me they were missing my referral before wasting so much time) Per recommendation of one of my doctor's staff members, I ended up at LabCorp... they were night and day to Quest.
