Office is small, cramped and understaffed. They're going for the low rent to maximize profits. No receptionist and everything has a low-end, low-quality feel. We stood at the window with no response after 10 minutes. We saw people just walk out after waiting too long. The only thing that went smoothly is the tablet software at check-in. I've raised my review one star because at least I got a response from the rep to my complaint. It did take a full week for them to respond, though. I will add that the phlebotomist / person working at front desk did not present giving my credit card as "optional". She called me to the side desk, asked for my license, insurance, and credit card in a very hurried way. When I asked what the credit card was for, she mumbled something and I don't even know what. Feeling anxious about being tested for medical problems in the first place, I probably should have asked for more info or put up more of a fight but I just went with it. I was already anxious and was not wanting to be seen as one of those crazy, annoying customers that customer service so often has to put up with. Lesson learned, I will put up more of a fight next time. And lesson to all, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD. Also please note per attached email that they see nothing wrong in just charging your card and to get your billing info from your insurance company. In what world is that ok? "Charge card first, you can ask another company questions later" seems to be Labcorp's motto. I guarantee there will be a class action lawsuit about this, and I will gladly take part. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. the quality of care here is next to nothing. the staff at this location does not acknowledge the patients at all in fact they AVOID SPEAKING TO PATIENTS, the waiting room only hold 6 people and when you have to wait outside in the lobby they do not care to text you or let you know it's your turn they will just SKIP YOU. There is absolutely ZERO attention to the patient or customer. You can tell they hate their lives and Job. I came here for a third time while pregnant for labs and the woman at the front desk sent me home after looking over what I was being tested for and suggesting I come back at another time in the morning while I was already fasting (in reality both their waitings room were full) I spoke to my doctor whom I need to see at this point urgently and he told me it was not necessary and she should not have suggested I leave my appointment and come back another time. Don't listen to the staffs suggestions here and ONLY come if you have an appointment. I genuinely think the woman kicked me out to make room for her overburdened waiting rooms.... What happened to this office? I've been going there for years, but lately every time I go, there is some excuse why they can't do the test. Just made my THIRD appointment to try to get the same test. The woman who now works the front is not at all helpful. When I returned home today, I called the main number and found out they could have faxed the document she said was needed if she had just called them. That said, the woman who helped me at the main office also said the document is not necessary and she didn't know why the woman said I had to have it because I had my order number and receipt with me. This is the 2nd time I go to this facility in Boca Raton and the wait time is much longer than expect, both times there was something wrong with the system. Today I waited over 1:30 and the person at the front desk was rude, and not willing to help. They are seriously understaffed and seemed to have way too small of an office for the number of people that are visiting for tests. Last year my primary care physician gave me a script for blood work Lab Corp and the office told me there was an office nearby so I drove right over to get it taken care of. Walked in and there was nobody at the desk with 5 or 6 people in the waiting room. One told me she had been waiting for a long time. I signed in and took a seat. One very harried technician kept running in and out of the lab area. I was in no great hurry but thought waiting about 40 minutes was a bit long for my 3 minute blood withdrawal. This year my PCP ordered blood work for my annual physical. I was in the area so thought I would drop by to see how long the wait might be. Before I entered their office, I saw others impatiently waiting in the hallway. When I opened the door, there was standing room, only! I turned around and walked out. Went on line and found a Lab Corp office nearby my home in Boynton Beach. Was in and out in 15 minutes and there were actually chairs for those of us waiting. i checked in in my car, I received a text message when they were ready for me. The moment I they called me in and I get to do my urine test right away. Afterwards, I waited about one minute in the waiting room for my blood draw. The lady was super nice, very professional and done with me in less than two minutes. My whole visit lasted seven and I was called in exactly at the time when I was scheduled. This is my second time at this location and my second wonderful experience. read more

I have an intense phobia of needles that leads to me having awful experiences anytime I need shots or blood drawn. Many diagnostic centers don't make this any better. However, I've never had an issue with this LabCorp. I'm sure anyone who complains didn't bother to make an appointment. It's so simple to call or make one online. There's a swift check-in process now. It's automated. You scan your id and it pulls up ALL of your info: your insurance, appointment time, etc. Because of my phobia, I sometimes get lightheaded, dizzy, pale, and sweat. At this location they have a reclining chair they seat me in by request that makes it more bearable. Update: they never sent my results. Bummer. read more

Just left this LabCorp. with the receptionist telling me I had no common sense loudly to the entire waiting room. I had assumed all LabCorps do drug tests. And maybe everyone peeing in a cup right behind the front door didn't help that assumption. Another assumption was "lab work" at a lab doesn't mean drug tests as the self check in stand, I used ONE HOUR ago, suggested to my uneducated self. I'd argue any work done at a lab is considered lab work... that's apparently FALSE lol Technology can't help your business when you lack basic customer service and empathy for customers waiting for an hour to be told they have no common sense. Other helpful tidbits: waiting room is TINY. No privacy. Easy to find the building! Always have an appointment or be prepared to wait. Can't comment on much else obviously didn't get past GO. My feedback to the receptionist which she didn't like so maybe LabCorp will use as a training and customer experience improvement opportunity: The machine should give a warning for people with "no common sense" that may be there for drug tests which ARE more common to individuals who aren't regulars of testing facilities. For any labwork needed I use the Labcorp facility on Palmetto Park Rd in Boca Raton. The nurse technicians Daisy and Lorrette are the best! I never have to wait when I have an appt. Both ladies are personable, professional and accommodating. Its not fun getting labwork done but they make it a piece of cake! They are organized and take sanitary precautions very seriously. Highly recommend this Labcorp if you need labwork done. I've been to others but this one is the best! read more

I'd give it zero stars, but that wasn't a choice. Grossest experience. Receptionist/lab tech was completely unaccomodating. Altho I had a 730 am appt, and checked in, he made me wait 45 min. Took me back to draw blood and i asked if the seat and arm rests were cleaned in between patients and he told me no they don't do that. Beware that in midst of COVID that this is completely unsanitary in a place that we shouldn't have to question sterile environment. His mask was not on properly either. Worst experience ever! No front desk person. Lab tech is the one that calls you to window. After me providing photo ID and insurance card she tells me before we could proceed that I needed to pay a past due bill. She proceeds to hand me a bill with same name and dob but an address in TEXAS! I'm in FLORIDA! I have never lived in Texas. I tell her it's not me. It's a different address. She could not comprehend that simple sentence. Her response was "it's not my problem. You cannot get your blood drawn til you pay this bill." My response was I am not paying a bill that does not belong to me. She then told me I had to call billing to get this cleared up. Gave me the paper with the person name; dob and Texas address. I called and the woman asked-"did you provide photo iD and insurance card. I said yes. So she asked to speak to the woman refusing to draw my blood. Told her this is not the same patient. The addresses are different! Only then did the tech said ok. Mumbled something under her breath. I got to work 2.5hours late because of this frustrating encounter! The black lady working at the front desk is not nice and professional at all! Also she has no clue about what she is doing despite the fact Labcorp has her working there years ago! I went with a standing order from my Dr and she didn't want to set up the order on her system as a Standing because didn't say "starting" and "finishing" instead my order said "from" "to" I am talking about the period of service, apparently she doesn't know that the Dr referred as "from" what she means like "starting" and he referred as "to" for what she means "finish" but her short tiny brain couldn't processed this! I typically lower my expectations when it comes to diagnostics/testing centers like these, but I must admit, I was pleasantly surprised today with my visit to this particular LabCorp location. Within 20 minutes I'd been checked in (by a very friendly staff member), had my blood work completed, and was out the door. I have previously waited over an hour (just to be taken back!) at the Quest Diagnostics center down the road - even with an appointment - so I will now come here going forward. I hope their service is consistent like this, and therefore I highly recommend considering this location for any diagnostic or laboratory testing you may ever need performed. read more

This is the worst lab EVER, if I can give it -100 I would. The lab told my doc that there are some problem with the test and there is no test result. But 2 months later I received a bill. When called they said I can't see the result until I pay the bill. Once I paid still no bill! Calling them again and got hanged up. They are running a scam and blackmail patients to pay with the test result. I suspect that there is no test done whatsoever. Here I am three months after the test, bill paid and still no result to be seen. Not to mention time wasted calling them countless time and getting forwarded back and forth between billing and record... This is the a company to avoid! read more

Go to the back entry of the bank building to find suite 101. No one answered the phone but once in the process went quickly with automated check-in. Make sure you make an appointment as this can be a busy office. Great people, great blood draw. read more

Would not recommend this location. You wait and wait, even with an appointment, and no one ever comes to the receptionist desk to give you the current status. We all sat not knowing anything. The bathroom is not clean and had no toilet paper. Here they are requesting urine specimens and you use smelly with urine leaks on toilets facilities. Disgusting. They also leave specimens (after you do all the labeling) right in the hall. Just grab one on your way out! The never have your paperwork and I had to do all the work to get mine when, in fact, they already had it. No one I though was close to pleasant. There certainly is no privacy.
