The facility was very clean, the person at the front desk was attentive, and the paperwork was handled efficiently. The same description applied to all the employees who saw me. Jennifer, the APN who saw me, suggested a chest x-ray, done in-house. Quick, efficient, and I had a copy of the radiation consultation within 15 minutes of the x-ray. I happened to meet Dr. Musoff, the owner as I exited the exam room and we had a very pleasant 5 minute conversation. I was in and out within about 2 hours. In an era of VC controlled mega-practices, this was a wonderful alternative.

Before he started he talked to me explaining the procedure and the use of novocaine shots to numb the area. He emphasized I was to tell him if I felt any pain and he would inject more novocaine until I had NO pain. He kept his word and I thanked him for using small stitches- I was impressed By his technique.I am seeing him tomorrow so he can remove the stitches! In addition he ordered a tetanus shot and preventative Keflex because the wound was so close to the bone in the finger!!!!!!!!!! This staff clearly cared about my well being and outcome!!!!!

First and foremost, the business name is deceptive. Even though it is called MD Now, I did not see an MD, nor were there any MD's to be seen. Ivwas treated by a PA who didn't give me nearly enough nor strong enough antibiotics. The infection ended up lasting at least a month! When I asked to see an MD, the receptionist responded that the PA was just as good. This is nonsense. Since being seen at MD Now, I had to go to two other doctors who not only prescribed stronger antibiotics, but also a steroid. My advice to you is not to ever go to MD Now. Go directly to a real doctor's office. This place is deceiving the public.

The staff was amazing very professional and nice. But because of my age and amount of pain etc The doctor would. It see me explained that I really need to go to the ER as I need tests that did not offer! So I went to the ER and I had some sort of upper respiratory infection that the hospital was familiar with! It's been a 3 week journey! I so recommend this urgent care facility! They could have easily took my co pay and sent me home to suffer but in stead pushed me to the best care! Very impressed

When someone finally appeared and said she worked there (but only in the back), she was unnecessarily snarky. I came in solely for a drug screening, yet it still took over an hour just to be brought back. At that point, I was told by the snarky lady was now nicer, "I'm sorry, we don't have the proper specimen cup, but you can go to the other MD Now urgent care 5 miles (21 minutes) away because they have the correct one." Why she could not have told me that when I initially arrived and spoke to her is beyond me. I explicitly stated I was there for a drug screening. Also the online check-in process is pointless--you still have to re-check in on your phone once you arrive, which is completely redundant. Fair warning: if you walk in and see even two people in the waiting room, you're better off going to the ER.
