Working in healthcare myself as a RN I can say this has been the most pleasant experience as a patient. I came for a chest X-ray for continuing my college education to rule out TB. The office staff were so friendly and the blonde X-ray tech approached me before they even opened to verify she had everything she needed. The process was professional and efficient. Excellent staff especially the X-ray tech. When I work for or own my own practice I would hire her in a second. Keep up the great work guys!!! read more

This express clinic deserves five stars. Everything including when you first walk in is very organized. The receptionist was very friendly. There were five pages to fill out, but most of it was signatures when I was taken in the back the young lady that checked me for strep and took my temperature and blood pressure was extremely sweet and knowledgeable. When the PA came in, she was very efficient told me she would call us back after the results for the flu and Covid came back and she did call us back within the a lot of time. I came in today because I cut my finger from cutting bread and I had a great experience. The front desk lady was nice and quick, the assistant was very kind and conversational which distracted me from my finger being cut. The doctor that saw me was Ms. Musoff, she was very quick, very caring, super loving m, and very nice and knew what she was doing. I had a great experience and was out in ten-14 minutes after coming in. I'm glad my finger is ok, and it wasn't as bad as I thought. Since I thought I cut it in half! I went back here on Sunday March 24 and had an excellent experience. We flew in last night from Europe and I had come down with a really nasty cough and head cold type symptoms. The receptionist was polite and greeted me warmly, she was able to quickly confirm my contact info and set up my appointment. I then saw a nurse just a few minutes later to discuss my symptoms. Then I saw Dr Alex, he did a very thorough exam and concluded that I have a nasty head cold. He prescribed a prescription cough syrup along with mucinex and lots of rest and hydration. In total the appointment took less than 30 minutes and cost $125. read more

My boyfriend and I came in bright and early Christmas morning, (he stabbed himself in the leg wrapping Christmas gifts the night before) we were in a bit of a line but it moved super quickly due to a great staff! I Especially want to praise a wonderfully amazing staff member named Laurie who was extremely helpful and sweet when checking us in! They're really great here. I have a broken foot and came in after denying it for one week. I was dreading the lectures and forcefulness I figured I would receive IE forcing me into a cast. I got just the opposite. I was in and out quickly, they were empathetic and not judgmental at all, and everyone went above and beyond. They brought me paperwork bc I can't walk well. The Xray Specialist- Lisa, is so helpful and did a fantastic job. She has great bedside manner and got me contact info for a referral to a specialist the physician/PA (whose name I did not catch but it is on my paperwork- I was in on Sunday- 2p), recommended. Walked in with my 3 year old who had a high fever, was lethargic and needed a PCR. Receptionist Keisha was warm upon arrival and Dr Reyes, Caitlin and Omar all took the time to make my son feel as comfortable as possible. I've been to this place on various occasions and they're always so great, polite and efficient. Results came back fast.

The nurse that took me inside was very condescending and not pleasant! EveryTime she would ask me a question and I answered she would give me a smart remark in return. She was very judgmental until I called her out on it and told her that she needs to calm down and take a deep breath and relax and just start over! I also explained to her that I am sick so perhaps it will take me an extra second or so to answer her. I explained to her I own a company and if I had such an unfriendly person working for me I would fire them and then she realized I am not just some loser and changed her entire tone! I was there almost three hours ... The service is very slow. They take too many patients at the same time and not enough doctors. They also don't have enough knowledge to prescribe the most effective medication. The doctor wants me to take it for two weeks. That's too long to cure a simple problems, the problem I had should cured in three days. read more

After a bike accident last week, I had several bruises and one bleeding wound on my ankle, which appeared to need stitches. After being declined for stitches at another facility and not wanting hours in an ER, I visited ExpressDocs on 441in West Delray. The level of care I received there was exceptional. From Caroline at reception to Lisa and Tatiana, I couldn't have been happier. Tatiana stitched me up beautifully, and Lisa tended to my wounds. When I returned for followup a couple of days later, Omar and Alexa were also very attentive. She sent us to JFK free standing Er they dod lots of tests and she needed to be admitted to JFK hospital after many dats and tests. She needed an aortic valve replacement.. I received excellent check in care from Kesha Bartley when I entered the lobby in Express Docs. Christina Asencio is an outstanding and very caring nurse. Christina knew her job well and administered the test very professionally and has a very nice personality. Christina knew all the steps in assessing me for an opportunity to speak with Alexa Smith, PA-C. I liked the fact my Mom could be in the treatment room with me. I've known Dr. Musoff for years and he and his staff are simply the best! They truly care, work efficiently and most importantly, they know what they are doing. What a pleasure and comfort it is knowing that Express Docs urgent care is close to my new Florida home. Im a senior citizen and ive been living in the area for almost three years and have had occasion to use this excellent facility many, many times- for myself and my wife. I have always found the place to be spotless, the service professional, the examinations and treatment state of the art and definitive. Yes- on one or two occasions, they appropriately sent me to an emergency room when it was necessary and they could not handle the issue- like a fall from a motorcycle that needed more serious follow up. They have handled bronchitis, small fractures, loads and loads of Covid testing and anything that the old time family physicians use to do. I do have a primary Internist but frankly, I find that I utilize Express docs on a more regular basis- and they share everything with my regular doctor. We are fortunate to have this type of service so close- especially on those occasions when you dont want to spend 4 hours sitting in an emergency room. read more

My son had strep throat a couple of weeks ago and they did a rapid test and wrote a script. In and out in minutes. Then the next week my other son dislocated and fractured his finger. The doctor reset it and splinted it. We went to an orthopedic surgeon the following week who said it was set perfectly and he is lucky to not need surgery. Thank you very much ! I have previously gone to their Military Trail location multiple times and have always had great experiences. I recently went to their new location on 441 and was blown away. The facility was clean, easily accessible, and I was seen right away. The entire staff, from the front desk to the medical team, was outstanding! They made me feel like family, which is how I feel all patients should be treated by medical professionals.
