The waiting room was very busy, but don't let that discourage you--the process moved along efficiently. One of the kiosks wasn't working, but there wasn't a sign letting people know, so several people kept trying to use it. Hopefully they'll put up a notice to avoid the confusion. Overall, the visit was well organized despite the number of people. And one final tip: be sure to use the hand sanitizer on your way out! No one likes going to these places so just make sure you fill out everything ahead of time!

Before he started he talked to me explaining the procedure and the use of novocaine shots to numb the area. He emphasized I was to tell him if I felt any pain and he would inject more novocaine until I had NO pain. He kept his word and I thanked him for using small stitches- I was impressed By his technique.I am seeing him tomorrow so he can remove the stitches! In addition he ordered a tetanus shot and preventative Keflex because the wound was so close to the bone in the finger!!!!!!!!!! This staff clearly cared about my well being and outcome!!!!!

It's a complete scam they're just trying to get double the amount from testing and I'll be submitting this info to the department of health for fraud.

Not only are they timely, but they are friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. I was particularly impressed with the two young ladies that I had interaction with Marta and Toi. Marta smiled and greeted me and everyone with such a welcoming attitude even at 6:30 in the morning. Toi my nurse who drew blood and helped me find my prescription on the computer performs her job seamlessly. Dealing with patients all day long they are getting needles stuck in them can be a little taxing, I am sure but quest and these two nurses make it all a very pleasant experience.

The building is not new but that's fine. Who likes going to the doctor's office anyway? The office staff is always cordial and I never have to wait long. I had all my information sent to the doctor as he had asked in the past and was surprised (Why would I want to come back there again?) but was happy I did.
