Turned out nothing to be serious and it was just a cyst and fibroid. Glad I got it checked and tested by getting these tests done. The technician was excellent. She was gentle and good in communication. She told me exactly what she was doing etc. Side Note- They offer drinks if you need them after your tests. The letter said my Dr will get a copy of results that was 7/9/2025 as of today my Dr did not get the results and He called one day they were gone at 12 and the next time nobody answered. I decided to start over at care diagnostics and had Diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound at the same time and results given right there by the radiologist. My breast tissue is not dense also. The place is cute but I would rather have results I trust than a cute place. So be careful here

Unfortunately, after reflecting on my experience, I feel people deserve to know what happened. I was initially told I had Stage I breast cancer, and Baptist Health Lynn had my MRI and was ready to schedule my surgery with Dr. Pestana. Before moving forward, I decided to get a second opinion at Miami Cancer Institute. Their team carefully reviewed the same MRI and identified suspicious lymph nodes that had not been addressed. A lymph node biopsy confirmed that my cancer had spread to my lymph nodes, changing my diagnosis to Stage II breast cancer. Because of that, I canceled my surgery at Lynn and continued my treatment at Miami Cancer Institute. Looking back, I can't help but wonder what would have happened if I had not sought a second opinion. It changed my treatment plan completely. I could say much more about my experience, but I'll leave it at that. Based on my personal experience, I would not choose this facility again and strongly encourage anyone facing a serious diagnosis to seek a second opinion before making treatment decisions.

She said there is nothing she can do, she would need to wait from her Billing Company (30-60 days) for a credit and to make sure Humana paid. (University is collecting interest on my money). I showed her my printout where Humana paid on September 5. Total billed charges $1,920 - Humana paid $1,776.21. I returned home and called Humana where they will file a complaint (30-60 days). Humana said when University calls to confirm my coverage, they were told my co-pay was $143.79. I'm just trying to prevent others from getting ripped off. If I didn't read the Humana's Summary Report, I would never know I was overcharged. Were you overcharged?

There are now much better options in the area…read more Not only will you get a rushed 5 min consultation where you have to have your questions ready to blur out before the doctor is out the door but also NOTHING you share will be private between you and the doctor. Their ipads records everything and it will transcribe every single minutia detail in your medical history including concerns or questions you have and will write things down without actually formally diagnosing you. Their lab test for hormones is not only inaccurate but they charge you "preferential cash" for it, when you can get your own full hormones panel at quest for $100+ less! My testosterone levels were imcredibly low and the doctor dismissed it as perimenopause without blinking. When I brought my results to an actual OBGYN, it took him 2 seconds to see the test was done incorrectly as the results showed the hormone levels of a DEAD person.... This can have serious consequences if you start things like testosterone / hormone therapy (when not even needed!) and will come back to bite when you are looking for life insurance and you will have to do unnecessary follow-ups to get coverage. Compassion and empathy are not the way of the practice - this is a pure factory money grab experience. Try the new baptist health primary care office for professionalism and association with an actual hospital instead of a place that pushes their tests, vitamins etc..
