On top of that, friends of mine have also shared concerns that they may be watering down the Dysport, as the results don't seem to last as long as they should. And to make matters worse, they now ask for a tip?! At a med spa, which is highly unusual and unprofessional for a medical-grade service. Overall, the lack of communication, questionable practices, and added fees have made me lose trust in this place. I've even referred people to them.
