I was pre-approved and went in for their $399 filler special, but the owner stated I could only use Cherry financing if I spent at least $1,000. This goes completely against Cherry's policy. It feels like the owner is more focused on squeezing as much money as possible out of customers rather than being honest or upfront about their offers. I've used Cherry many times before without a single problem, so the issue is not with Cherry--it's with how this business chooses to operate. Highly misleading and not customer-friendly. I would not recommend this place.

I did receive a call from my submission online and I let her know that no one picked up the phone when I reached out. She mentioned that the calls were being forwarded and she'll look into it. Did not want to answer basic questions over the phone & wanted to do an in person consult. I of course clarified that I would be interested in the advertised promo. When I arrived, there was only 1 person working in the entire business. This explains the phones not getting picked up. At the in person consult, the individual was unable to explain why the advertisement that brought me in said "All this for $231". She wanted to charge me $3000 and automatically assumed that I needed to finance. I felt like it was false advertisement, a scam, and a waste of my time. Also from personal experience in the past, the laser light was not effective. I have tried it several times. When I let her know this, she asked if I wanted to see the machine. I asked if there was a money back guarantee for this steep price of $3000 and she said no.

Enter Dr. Michelle. Several friends recommended her as amazing and insisted I had to meet with her. I had a consultation and she explained everything including how the treatment works and what to expect and how to prepare. I get anxiety with medical procedures and she was amazing at helping me relax and was caring and careful. She reassured me that we can stop at any time if I was uncomfortable and we can go as slow or as fast as I needed. I was worried it would be painful since under arms can be sensitive. I barely felt anything! Even the syringes she used had tiny thin needles that I barely felt at all. She checked with me throughout the quick procedure asking how I'm doing and seeing if I needed anything. The treatment was completed before I knew it - no sweat (LOL)! I'm just so happy that my friends insisted I go to Dr. Michelle because she is so caring and gentle and extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer about a thousand (probably silly) questions and concerns of mine and I never felt like I was a bother to her.
