Every time I called, I was told someone would follow up, but I never received a single call back over the course of two months. When I finally called to cancel, the manager assured me my cancellation would be processed and that I'd receive confirmation. I never did. When I followed up again, they told me there was no record of my concern or cancellation request. What's even more frustrating is that before I signed up, I was told there was a money-back guarantee if the treatment didn't work. Now I'm being told I'm still responsible for part of the cost--something that was never disclosed upfront. Had I known this, I would not have signed up. Before becoming a customer, I received constant calls. Now, it's nearly impossible to get a response. Overall, this experience has felt misleading and unprofessional. I would strongly encourage others to ask detailed questions and get everything in writing before committing.

When I arrived, I asked the tech, Sarah, to turn down the very loud dance club music. She said no that the laser machine would drown it out. That would have been impossible since it was blaring and stressful for me eminating all the way into the waiting room. She did turn it down 2 notches (making a very minuscule difference) all the while saying she does not adjust her music and said "It''s not like I'm here for a facial" but when I asked if she could turn the sound off, she said no. I was shocked. Having been in client service for more than 20+ years, I couldn't believe it. Having a bikini wax performed is the most vulnerable experience for a client and knowing that my comfort mattered so little to her I could not go forward with my appt. The thought of laying naked waist down on a table with that music and her performing a laser procedure on my most private area was such an uncomfortable prospect. Sarah has a lot to learn about client service. I guess accommodating preferences is only for the clients to do for the technicians and not vice-a-versa.
