She takes the time to explain what she's doing and, more importantly, why she's doing it. I never felt like I was being rushed, and she always had time for my questions. She is a true Rock Star in the industry! Kelly was also great and made my first PRF scalp treatment about as painless as it could be, while being extremely percise. She walked me through all the steps, what to expect during and after the treatment, and what I could do beforehand to help ensure the best possible result. I couldn't imagine a better partner on this hair-regrowth journey. Also, props to the front desk staff for always being there to help and offering such a warm welcome. Y'all are the best!

During our lengthy consult we discussed my skincare goals and potential treatment plans. I had originally only come in for botox. She recommended a laser treatment that I basically said "maybe" to. She had not advised a price for the laser facial, and when I sat in the chair expecting the botox I felt pressured into the laser. When it came time for the botox, at no point did she tell me how many units she would be injecting and I was shocked to find she was doing literally double what my previous injector had recommended/injected just 6 months prior. (Im 36 with no visible creases and doing botox as preventive maintenance). Obviously all of this was my fault for not being more direct and asking for specific amounts/pricing, but the whole experience felt weird, as she was training a new employee in how to handle clients and seemingly how to upsell. I think she is accustomed to Wellington clients who are not price-conscious. The laser facial made no impact on my skin (admittedly probably not a one and done situation but I surely could not afford to go back after the small unexpected fortune I had just spent)! She was not sympathetic at check out when I was obviously shocked and I was almost in tears at the amount. Anyways, good service, good doctor, but make sure you know what you're committing to up front, just like with anything else.

However when I come back for frequent visits this is where I'll go. Two things I'd like to see changed: better thicker gloves for the team, they don't have to be pink lol just make them quality. The other thing is the use of baby powder/talcum powder -- it's got known links to cancer for women. False advertising. Don't waste your time making a free consultation…read more I tried calling this location 3x and no one picked up the phone. I did receive a call from my submission online and I let her know that no one picked up the phone when I reached out. She mentioned that the calls were being forwarded and she'll look into it. Did not want to answer basic questions over the phone & wanted to do an in person consult. I of course clarified that I would be interested in the advertised promo. When I arrived, there was only 1 person working in the entire business. This explains the phones not getting picked up. At the in person consult, the individual was unable to explain why the advertisement that brought me in said "All this for $231". She wanted to charge me $3000 and automatically assumed that I needed to finance. I felt like it was false advertisement, a scam, and a waste of my time. Also from personal experience in the past, the laser light was not effective. I have tried it several times. When I let her know this, she asked if I wanted to see the machine. I asked if there was a money back guarantee for this steep price of $3000 and she said no.

I've been suffering from excessive sweating under my arms my entire adult life and only recently…read morefound out the condition is called Hyperhidrosis and is treatable via Botox injections. I was immediately interested as this condition can be really embarrassing in social and professional situations and I'd get anxiety about it which would ironically make it worse! I was once at a job interview in a suit and I could feel my shirt underarms were soaked. The interviewers noted it was warm in the office and kept asking if I'd like to take off my jacket to be more comfortable, so I had to give some lame excuse about how I'm great and no need to take off my jacket (while wondering if this awkward interaction is going to hurt my interview!). I decided I'd only go somewhere with a medical doctor because there is no substitute for someone with years of training and medical experience who truly understands the conditions and how the treatments work best and equally important, what must be avoided (too many news stories of unhappy endings from unqualified, glorified nail salons!). Enter Dr. Michelle. Several friends recommended her as amazing and insisted I had to meet with her. I had a consultation and she explained everything including how the treatment works and what to expect and how to prepare. I get anxiety with medical procedures and she was amazing at helping me relax and was caring and careful. She reassured me that we can stop at any time if I was uncomfortable and we can go as slow or as fast as I needed. I was worried it would be painful since under arms can be sensitive. I barely felt anything! Even the syringes she used had tiny thin needles that I barely felt at all. She checked with me throughout the quick procedure asking how I'm doing and seeing if I needed anything. The treatment was completed before I knew it - no sweat (LOL)! I'm just so happy that my friends insisted I go to Dr. Michelle because she is so caring and gentle and extremely knowledgeable and was happy to answer about a thousand (probably silly) questions and concerns of mine and I never felt like I was a bother to her. That's pretty rare these days. All said and done, this treatment is life changing for me and I will be a patient of Dr. Michelle's forever and will now join my friends in insisting anyone seeking treatments absolutely must see her first!
