Getting in my 40's, I was starting to think about facelift to correct my sagging skin on my face and neck. But, I am not ready for the expensive price of the facelift and the complication and insecurity about the results. That's why I decided to try Morpheus 8. It is been 2 months since my Morpheus treatment and the sagging skin in my jowls and neck are much tighter. Dayana did my treatment and I am very impressed with my first treatment. She did 4 passes on my neck area to have the maximum tightening on it. My skin and face look younger and healthier with the help of Morpheus 8 Treatment. It is totally worth it, without any doubt! I really appreciate that they are honest about the services that they offer. They will not suggest or selling you a treatment that they don't think it will be very successful for you. They offer top quality services. I am returning soon for my second Treatment of Morpheus 8 and look forward to see my amazing results. I highly recommend The Box Med Spa!

I was late to the Botox game, starting at age 49 or 50. I knew I did not want to go to just anyone…read moreand end up worse than I started. I was terrified of getting the dreaded brow drop. The first person I finally trusted to do my first Botox, (not this office) did great the first two times but something was off on the third. I'm a medical person. I understand stuff can happen, but that injector was acting strangely and aggressively rubbing my forehead after with a cream ... And I got the drop. Fortunately, it wasn't noticeable to others but was to me. After that, I pursued the best of the best which brought me to Dr. Steiger's office and Wendy Mendez. The results were phenomenal when it fully kicked in. I emailed to tell her I always want to look the way of the results she gave me! So smooth, so relaxed, yet natural. I actually find it therapeutic probably because I make a lot of facial expressions so it helps me even feel more relaxed because it reins me in ha ha . Wendy is so intelligent, extremely experienced & talented. I researched reviews of Dr. Steiger's office and I know that a highly rated plastic surgery office such as this would only have the best provider and I was correct! Then at the end of the service, this guy was PRESSURING the hell put of me to buy a package, he was offering things i already knew and tried to scam me by "confusing " me on what he would give me. I said give me time to think and research the procedures, he insisted it was a one time only, that i HAD to buy it there. Then he was like not letting me go insisting on me buying a package. When i insisted i wasnt buying anything, he turned into the most rude person, even asking "where are you from"?" Excuse me? Also, he was makingme tip the esthetician, like, i can make my decision with my money? Horrible. Never coming back

I have surgery scheduled in a few weeks. I will edit and update pictures. I'm a Business owner, I know what it's like to get bad reviews. All I can say is I don't believe a lot of the stuff that I'm reading with these bad reviews because I know dealing with the public you can't make everybody happy, but I know one thing with Dr. Ress he's a outstanding board certified plastic surgeon he gave my Neighbor a facelift and eyebrow lift and another friend of a friend had a facelift done very happy! I would highly recommend!

So after over 4 years since the initial liposuction procedure I've come to the conclusion that it…read morewas not worth it for me. Basically my worst fear has been realized that my face looks worse now than it did before due to the unevenness of the result and the 2.5 inch scar I have from the second procedure. After the initial surgery it was obvious that the left side of my sub mental area was much fuller than the other. I went to about half a dozen follow up appointments where I was told it was from post op swelling, fluid rentention and finally scar tissue. After being told it was due to weight gain, I asked the dr to look at my progress photos showing my left side has been fuller since the initial surgery. At that point he gave me a cortisone injection which didn't help at all. After a year of follow ups and wearing a compression garment for at least 12 hours a day I was finally told I needed another procedure to remove scar tissue on the left side. Although I was afraid of having another procedure especially with the same doctor, I ultimately agreed since it was the only way I would have a chance at getting the result I wanted without having to pay for a whole new procedure with a new doctor, which I couldn't afford. I assumed the procedure would be like the initial one and wasn't told anything to the contrary, but I was wrong. Instead of having the small half inch scars I had during the initial procedure, I had a two and a half inch scar across the entirety of my chin. This wasn't mentioned to me in the office but rather I realized it when I removed the bandages at home. I'm not sure which is worse, the fact that my left side was still substantially fuller than the right, or the large scar I'm left with that is still and probably always will be incredibly noticeable. When I brought my concerns to Dr. Ress' attention a year and a half ago he told me the only solution was yet another procedure. I couldn't bring myself to take another risk, so decided to wait it out and see it gets better. Well here we are 4.5 years later and its still the same. I also have little to no feeling on the left side and it will often start to feel swollen and hot randomly. I'm just heartbroken with this outcome. I spent money I shouldnt have and time in pain/recovery I'll never get back. Dr. Ress was always nice and to his credit offered another procedure as a solution, but I can't take the risk of it getting worse. To see my full journey and pictures I documented it on RealSelf username Jess_1018.

I spent over $7000 there between my daughter, my son and my husband. Their laser treatments are…read moreawful! The manager named Lyric is unprofessional in regards to the way she speaks with and deals with customers. I was first on the phone with someone else who was much more pleasant. Right away you can hear lyric demanding the phone in the background. Lyric is the employee every owner seeks because she thinks it's her own place, yet she's the employee that will destroy the owners business by the way she speaks to and treats customers. I just called there to ask what machine was used on my daughter. I already had it written down in my notes but just in case I had the wrong brand. Or maybe they were several different types like the Candela one two and three? I'm not in the business, so I was calling to get more information Because the bottom line is, I'm trying to help my daughter with a successful. Laser Hair Removal. The first girl was nice on the phone. She may have even been the owner, but she quickly passed it to lyric, who is so unprofessional and was immediately on the defense! I told her several times why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? I said I'm trying to help my daughter. I'm not blaming you guys. She kept talking over me. I actually can probably pull the recording from my kitchen surveillance here if need be. Lyric who was so adamant improving that no results should be seen yet, didn't even have one of my daughter's appointments logged in the system and just asked me to get my husband's proof of payment to prove that we were there for the October session. Because whole her argument is that my daughter then only had five Treatments, bikini, armpits, etc. and not the 6 (where supposedly you see results ) and THAT'S why she sees zero results but if I could prove that she was there in October, Please! Such BS! I have EVERY single appointment date jotted in my notes section of their contact including details on the strength of the laser that was used every single time. I got all this info from Lyric each visit & wanted to have this info to see how long it would take to see results, etc. But again, let's remember I did not call just now to complain or have them on the defense about the laser not working. I simply wanted specific details on the machine used because yes, now I'm going to try a different Laser Hair Removal place. I didn't tell them that, but I assume they figured it out by my questions. And who is she to treat me like that? & Be so nasty saying she has a professional assistant, and there's no way she would not have one of the appointments recorded. Oh and she made me laugh at one point by saying I was being abrupt with her. It was because I raise my voice and saying why are you talking to me like this? Why are you on the defense? She didn't know what else to say. She completely lost that one appointment. but she will back that company and machine told her death. What a great little employee she is to have! ((Sorry to be sarcastic but that actually makes me smile)) After spending thousands and thousands of dollars and to see zero results. Not only my 14-year-old daughter but my husband! But this Lyric was alway snippy from the first time I met her. Any employee that is quick with the mouth when you are happy, paying customer you can only imagine how they can turn when they are put on the defense. And let's remember I never did any negative reviews about this business. It has been months since we have returned. I kept ignoring the text saying where are you? It's time for your next appointment! I was simply calling to ask them. What type of machine they had used. And now that they have made me feel like the fault is mine... You need to know what kind of business this is! Anyway, There are SO many laser places nearby and GETTING ZERO RESULTS on top of dealing with that Lyric ... Don't go here! They deserve zero stars.
