I went to Quest this morning for a blood draw, and once again, it was a very frustrating…read moreexperience. Before arriving, I drank about 2 liters of water to help with the process, but it made no difference. As soon as I was called in, I clearly explained to the technician that I consistently have difficulty with blood draws. I told her that my right arm does not produce blood and that my left arm is very difficult. In my last three visits, I was stuck at least three times each time, and they always had to call the most experienced staff member to complete the draw. I even mentioned that during my last visit, they had to recline me with my legs elevated and use a hot pack on my arm just to get it done. Based on that history, I respectfully asked if I could be assisted directly by the most experienced technician. Instead of listening, she became defensive and insisted she knew what she was doing. She proceeded anyway and, as expected, was unable to draw blood. She moved the needle around repeatedly and applied excessive pressure, causing unnecessary discomfort, and still did not succeed. When I reminded her that I had explained this beforehand, she blamed my veins, saying they are too small and "move." She then insisted on trying my right arm, which I had already clearly refused because it has never worked. I had to firmly repeat that I would not allow it. At that point, she became visibly irritated. Only after all of this did she finally bring in a more experienced staff member, who was able to draw my blood successfully. This is not an isolated incident. It has become a pattern at Quest, and I have already reported similar experiences in previous surveys. This situation is completely avoidable. My request is simple: please document in my profile that I am a difficult draw and should be handled by the most experienced technician available. This would prevent unnecessary pain, repeated needle sticks, and stressful interactions for both patients and staff. On top of all this, the same technician added my credit card to my profile and set it for automatic charges without my knowledge or consent. At no point did she ask for my permission or explain that she was doing this. This is completely unacceptable and a serious breach of trust.

First: Very nice facility and staff. I can only speak to their TRT service. You will have more…read moreenergy and muscles will repair faster. Second: These prescribing Doctors truly do not care about their patients. This is 100% a pill pushing FOR PROFIT business only. Regardless of your goals or age, they will put you on the highest possible dose of T in grape seed oil(toxic and cheap) and recommend some variation of Clomid for the foreseeable future(Unbelievably unethical). Your unhealthy estrogen will spike and INSTEAD of lowering your dose of T, they'll put you on a dose of Anastrazole much higher than anywhere near needed or healthy. I personally experienced PERMANENT NON-male pattern baldness hairline thinning in multiple areas from the combination of excessive prescribing, length of prescription for medications, and unnecessary high dosage of everything. I essentially paid thousands of hard earned dollars to thin my hairline. Do yourself a huge favor and goto an actual doctor practice where they care about your well-being.

I walked in at 755am and there was a cheery gal working the front desk who welcomed me. She honestly couldn't have been nicer. She let me know the nurse was running a few minutes behind but I let her know that was fine, I was actually early. the place was nice and inviting. The waiting area was a s nice as you could ask for in a doctors office. I just hung out waiting for my turn(there was another fella there as well). The gal at the front let me know that if I wanted a coffee after she would have one ready for me which was above and beyond I thought. Once I was in back I was impressed by the diagnostic equipment. every high-tech. and the blood work it self was quick and efficient. I'm supposed to be back for follow ups, and I am glad its at this location.

I had an extremely disappointing and upsetting experience at RAYUS Radiology in Delray Beach…read more I arrived at 5:45 a.m. for a scheduled MRI of my neck after receiving a confirmation phone call at 5:00 p.m. the previous day confirming my appointment. When I checked in, the two front desk employees insisted my appointment had been canceled because they claimed my insurance authorization had not been approved. I repeatedly tried to explain that I actually had two separate MRI orders. One had not yet been approved, but the MRI of my neck had been approved. I even had the insurance authorization number on my phone and tried several times to show them the approval directly from my insurance company's website. Instead of listening, I was met with a dismissive and condescending attitude. After nearly 10 minutes of trying to explain the situation, one of the employees finally acknowledged that the authorization was, in fact, there. Rather than apologizing for the mistake, I was told I would now have to wait an additional hour for my MRI because of the delay they had caused. I told them this was no way to treat a patient, especially someone who was clearly in severe pain and had arrived early for a confirmed appointment. The employee then responded by saying, "Then I'm canceling it," and canceled my MRI altogether. I have never experienced such unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncaring treatment in a medical office. Patients come to a radiology center because they are dealing with injuries, pain, or serious medical concerns. They deserve to be treated with professionalism, respect, and compassion not with hostility and a refusal to listen. I sincerely hope RAYUS addresses the customer service at this location, because no patient should be treated this way.
