I mentioned this, he just said "oh yea let me review your file". Seriously? Drugs prescribed actually WORSENED my condition. I made one request, I asked a staff member to notify me with the tracking number so I could be available to accept my prescriptions, so instead of it sitting outside for hours in the very hot sun. The prescription is suppose to be refrigerated. I opened the front door and there it was totally unexpected, liquid very warm and ice pack was completely dried out. This is what I didn't want to happen, this seems to be a regular occurrence.I was told once it was being sent out I would be made aware with tracking information. First: Very nice facility and staff. I can only speak to their TRT service. You will have more energy and muscles will repair faster. Second: These prescribing Doctors truly do not care about their patients. This is 100% a pill pushing FOR PROFIT business only. Regardless of your goals or age, they will put you on the highest possible dose of T in grape seed oil(toxic and cheap) and recommend some variation of Clomid for the foreseeable future(Unbelievably unethical). Your unhealthy estrogen will spike and INSTEAD of lowering your dose of T, they'll put you on a dose of Anastrazole much higher than anywhere near needed or healthy. I personally experienced PERMANENT NON-male pattern baldness hairline thinning in multiple areas from the combination of excessive prescribing, length of prescription for medications, and unnecessary high dosage of everything. I essentially paid thousands of hard earned dollars to thin my hairline. Do yourself a huge favor and goto an actual doctor practice where they care about your well-being. read more

This place has gone downhill fast in the last couple of months. I've been their customer for the past three years. I liked it so much I explored investing in it once upon a time. But lately the customer service has depreciated noticeably. For instance, it took me SIX weeks and A LOT of nagging to get a call back from my patient advocate. When she FINALLY got back to me, it came with a nasty email from Keith, one of the owners. Another example: we pay a handsome premium for the convenience of their locations, including the one that I frequent at the Lifetime in Boca Raton. But three of the last eight times that I visited it, they haven't had a nurse there to inject me. Once, someone was nice enough to inject me, but another time, my request for assistance was rudely rebuffed. The third time, they just closed up shop for the day and didn't even have the decency to post a note on the door to advise where we should go, nor did they return my phone call for help... Why am I spending Boca Raton Lifetime prices if almost half the time they are sending me to Delray Beach? All in all, a massive disappointment. I'd like to send a huge shout out & thank you to the team at The Biostation here in Delray Beach. From my initial contact with Shauna thru to the fabulous nurse (sorry but I am blanking on your name) my treatment was just what I needed. Having just arrived from London to visit mom for the holiday, I was both jetlagged and anxious about traveling and new places during this new covid wave. I knew I needed an IV infusion to make me right but how could I get that done? A quick internet search and I found The Biostation. The reviews were good so I thought I would take the chance and am I glad I did. Shauna was both welcoming and cautious, making sure I had the right blood work with me; which fortunately I was able to provide. She had me cleared with a practitioner so the next day in I went. The intake was easy, the facility magnificent, and the staff wonderful. The nurse really made sure I was ready to go and listened to my concerns and thoughts. She was so very helpful on a few different levels. Same with the knowledgeable receptionist. The process was graceful and easy and today I feel so much better having had the infusion.
