    Israel getting in Hyperbaric Chamber

"When Policy Beats Customer Service to Death" Today I spoke with Ally and her manager at Restore Hyper-wellness Boca. I explained to them that my son which happens to be a collegiate athlete, had a monthly service package that I paid 79.00 a month for to receive 2 of any prepackaged services . Typically because we used the service for recovery and injury prevention, the whole body cryotherapy service that only took minutes was our go to! I only explain the aforementioned to establish the fact we were established subscription clients. The purpose of my call with Ally and her Manager today was to look for assistance to an issue that I attempted to explain to them. During our membership my son was to return to VA to play D1 soccer so I requested a suspension of the services until he returned to which a representative at the time of my request obliged, without question! Long story even longer, I receive a 79.00 charge on my credit card prior to me calling back to restart the membership. When I called in and speak to someone in reference to the charge, to my luck I get patched right in to one of the owners at the time, and he apologized that no one told me the suspension of my son's services can only be suspended for 3 months tops, but ensured me they would honor the 2 credits I PAID for. Today was the day I was calling to redeem those 2 credits only to be informed in a condescending manner that I can't receive what I paid for because the store policy states I must redeem credits 30 days from being charged. So let's start with Ally! Do you think she hit me with the a classic Customer Service 101 "First and Foremost" Empathize ( Sir, or for better effect actually use my name and say "I could understand how being beholden to a policy no one informed you of could be frustrating, let's see what we can do to retain you as a client since you have been using are services for some time) Instead, I get this is store policy, period! To add insult to injury when I ask for a manager ( someone I thought would have a working understanding of what it takes a business to direct a marketing budget to convert prospects into a client and retain them) Ally asserts that the manager is available but is just another warm body in a company polo that will regurgitate the same company policy as she just shared with me. Manager jumps on line ( note, no thanks for holding no empathizing for money spent in this day and age for noting) but decides to cut me off midstream to let me know the owner I was speaking with is no longer with the company and it's a franchise now or something like that! Anyway at this point I'm attempting to do their job and retain myself as a client and ask if they would consider at the very least honor 1 of the 2 credits I lost and I even went so far to explain we would only be utilizing whole body cryotherapy which is a services that literally take less than 5 minutes. But I guess the cost of running the Cryo-chamber was too much to spare to retain a monthly subscription client! To the Manger's defense she did inform me of a current special that did not remotely address my issue. I finally reached my full of the ineptitude and told the manager she could keep the 79.00 to which she responded "Thank you" As cliché as it sounds this is only my second bad review and to be honest I think Ally and Manager are truly just the straws that broke the camels back, as I realize no where but Chik Fil-a practices the lost art of customer service. This was a shameful experience for a business concept that I feel is extraordinary for athletes but as I was always told in business " nothing kills your bottomline like front desk and those that are given the task of engaging the public and where your next 79.00 comes from! Jumps off soapbox!

I highly recommend their full body cryotherapy to the PBM and most recently I'm trying the cryoskin treatment.

Ivana was the nurse on staff and she was absolutely incredible, kind, knowledgeable, and so attentive throughout the entire visit. You can tell she genuinely cares and knows what she's doing. I love how it is medically owned and operated by an ER physician and his wife. They truly care about you as a whole person. I did the Immune Boost IV (zinc, B12, magnesium, glutathione, and B-complex I think that's all!) Plus they have shots! I did a vitamin D, CoQ10, and an B12 shot. Everything was explained clearly, nothing felt rushed, and I felt very well taken care of. This will definitely be my go-to spot moving forward. Highly recommend if you're looking for quality care and an amazing team!

As a woman, I deal with sudden, intense PMDD symptoms that used to completely derail me. Since starting the non-psychoactive botanical infusion, (legal- CBD based), I still experience flare-ups but now they're manageable and tolerable. I'm no longer taken out by them, which is a huge shift. It changed the way my months and weeks go, and allowed me to have a solid plan for when my body revolts. This treatment has helped regulate my nervous system, ease chronic pain, and lower the intensity of both physical and emotional symptoms. My overall anxiety has also gone way down. There's something incredibly stressful about constantly worrying how bad your body will feel each week, and that fear used to be a big part of my days. This has given me real relief and peace of mind while also aligning with my desire to approach my illness holistically Dr. R and his wife are truly the best. They are warm, deeply knowledgeable, and take a holistic approach to wellness. They've made sure this fits in with the rest of my care plan and genuinely listen to what your body needs. I also receive infusions with zinc, vitamin C, CoQ10, amino acids, and L-carnitine, which have helped with energy, recovery, and immune support. If you're dealing with chronic conditions sickness cycles that feel unmanageable, I can't recommend SplashIV enough. So grateful that this has been one of the few treatments that actually made me feel like myself again.

Inject RX Wellness does not inform you at the time of of making the appointment that they no longer participate in Alle or that they've now implemented a $50 rescheduling fee after the 24 hour window of your appointment. Instead, you find out through a text message reminder the day before your appointment. When you're already locked within that 24 hour window. That's frustrating and feels deceptive. I suffer from migraines and unfortunately woke up with one the morning of my appointment, which made it impossible for me to drive. On top of that, friends of mine have also shared concerns that they may be watering down the Dysport, as the results don't seem to last as long as they should. And to make matters worse, they now ask for a tip?! At a med spa, which is highly unusual and unprofessional for a medical-grade service. Overall, the lack of communication, questionable practices, and added fees have made me lose trust in this place. I've even referred people to them. Hence, I will no longer be going to them and advised everyone I have referred to do the same. I miss when it was Liv 2 100.

I get the same cocktail everywhere I go same with my husband. This is the first time that we were not only both physically sick but there's an additive that we've been getting for years and we know that it can cause an unpleasant odor, especially if pushed too fast. OMG! 2 days later and we still smelled. Showering over & over doesn't help because it comes through your pores. We did everything to try & flush it, including a whole extra bag of just fluids the next day. Plus the West location is dirty. I love the Mizner location but I'll never go back the the one out west.
