It was horrible experience . I received a Botox injection at this clinic in October last year, and unfortunately it caused a serious complication. After the injection, my right eye could not open properly, which affected my facial appearance and my vision. My eyes could not focus together, making it very difficult and even dangerous for me to drive. This experience has caused me a lot of emotional distress and psychological pressure. I became very self-conscious about my appearance and even felt afraid to talk to people. It has seriously affected my confidence and daily life, and I am currently seeking psychological counseling to deal with the mental impact. When the problem happened, I contacted the clinic. They asked me to come to the clinic if I wanted a refund. I went to the clinic, they re fused to give me refund, I left, just back home, they asked me come to the clinic again, twice in one day, but in the end they still refused to give me a refund and kept making excuses. I felt very disappointed with how the situation was handled. I hope clinics take patient safety seriously and handle complications with responsibility and honesty. read more

From the beginning to the end our experience at 5th & Wellness was a disaster. People in this place only seem to care about your money, not you. Not only we didn't get the results we were looking for (and promised), but the customer service is also absolutely horrible - they don't give you a clear picture of every visit and what realistically to expect, but feeding you false expectations and not apologizing for their mistakes. Every visit or after it something went wrong, showing us incompetence of the staff. Plus the communication between the coworkers must be absent or, like i mentioned, they simply don't care.. Good example of that is what happened 2 days ago: after a touch up my right eyebrow became completely numb and dropped. I called their office looking for a solution. The receptionist said, "Oh, its normal, just come in and we will fix it". She put me in for Monday at the end of the day. I drove all the way from Miami to Boca at the time of most traffic, and as i sat at their office a doctor came in and said "I can make your other eyebrow numb"...then another associate came in and said that they can't help me and i have to wait for the Botox to wear out in 2 months...and when I asked why the receptionist couldn't just tell me this over the phone, why she said that they WILL FIX IT, he hastily replied "because we have to see you", when they didn't even look at my face as i sat in my mask the whole time. Unacceptable. Total waste of my time and money. read more
