Inject RX Wellness does not inform you at the time of of making the appointment that they no longer participate in Alle or that they've now implemented a $50 rescheduling fee after the 24 hour window of your appointment. Instead, you find out through a text message reminder the day before your appointment. When you're already locked within that 24 hour window. That's frustrating and feels deceptive. I suffer from migraines and unfortunately woke up with one the morning of my appointment, which made it impossible for me to drive. On top of that, friends of mine have also shared concerns that they may be watering down the Dysport, as the results don't seem to last as long as they should. And to make matters worse, they now ask for a tip?! At a med spa, which is highly unusual and unprofessional for a medical-grade service. Overall, the lack of communication, questionable practices, and added fees have made me lose trust in this place. I've even referred people to them. Hence, I will no longer be going to them and advised everyone I have referred to do the same. I miss when it was Liv 2 100.

She was very intuitive, helped me relax in no time and when unforeseen distractions arose, she used them in her hypnosis. I did extensive research online and settled on Spavia as the place I wanted to have my first experience and I'm really glad I did. Based on the reviews, I chose Luciana and everyone is absolutely right. She is wonderful! She talked me through everything she would do, gently suggested items she thought would help me on my skincare journey but was never pushy at any point, I felt so comfortable throughout the whole session. First, the ladies at the front desk were super welcoming and gave me an iPad to sign in on, that asks a few questions about your skin background, etc. They also ask you what kind of scents you want, what kind of music you want to listen to, and what you want the pressure of your massage to be. The atmosphere was calming, ambient and clean. They give you lockers for your items, a nice fluffy robe and slippers to change into, and free amenities while you wait, like tea, water, weighted neck pillows, etc. While The Retreat room was super nice and relaxing, I didn't have to wait long at all. Luciana came in very quickly afterward, and explained everything to me. We went to a room, where you lay on a table with a little heated blanket and a foam roller for under your knees to support your lower back while you lay. The experience was heavenly. Luciana was gentle with my skin, the massage was so nice. I almost fell asleep on the table! After everything was over, I got changed and headed back to the counter to pay for my experience, Luciana had set out some skincare products that she felt would suit me based on our time together, but again, there's absolutely no pressure to buy them. She didn't stand there and wait for me to make any selections. She simply placed them on a table and walked away. I ended up purchasing one of the two items, a gel cleanser. Whenever purchasing a skincare item you also get to choose a free little gift that they offer which was super nice! As far as what I got, I got the acne purifying facial which comes with a face, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage and lasts about 60 minutes in total! And it was only $139. For that experience I almost felt like I was stealing! With the skincare product I bought (without the tip) the total came to around $180 (but its a LOT of product). If you want to tip in cash, which I did, they give you a nice little envelope to place it in, with a 'to' and 'from' section to fill out. I've already scheduled my next appt and told friends and family about this place. Can't wait to come back!

I came in for a full body facial and foot detox a few weeks ago and loved every minute of it. It started out with a half hour foot detox, which was very relaxing. After, I received a full body facial which included your back, hand and foot and neck massage and normal facial with extractions. Stephanie has been running a special for $105 for all of this, and I was there almost 2 hours, so worth it! I also picked up lots of supplements as well, D-3, Energy Blast (b-12, b-6, and folic acid) and started their master cleanse. She also holds classes here on weeknights for yoga, probiotics, skincare, etc. I can't wait to come back for my next full body facial and try some other treatments as well!
