She listened carefully to that history and actually incorporated it into the way she approached my massage rather than simply giving me a standard, one-size-fits-all treatment. What impressed me most was her precision and attention to detail. She worked incredibly thoroughly, repositioning my arms, legs, and neck throughout the session so she could address muscles and areas of tension from multiple angles. It genuinely felt like she was evaluating and working with my body as a whole rather than simply moving through a routine. There was a purpose behind everything she did. Alex is incredible, changing up massage techniques based on pain and adjusting pressure accordingly. She uses a combination of hands, elbows, and hot stones to work out any knots. She is even skilled to walks on backs professionally if needed! I wouldn't trust anyone else. She has been even more accommodating recently coming to my house to give me an hour massage which has a been a HUGE help with my newborn / not wanting to travel.
