Excellent experience. I was gifted the course by a philanthropist and I am very grateful for it…read more Part of the course was in person and the rest was on zoom. Meditation definitely helps center the mind and relax yourself of all thoughts and to get engrossed in thoughts as well. There are classes every week if you so desire. Thank you. I also notice that this would be good for people with ADD /ADHD - and lo and behold, when I was leaving the office, I saw brochures on ADD/ADHD. So I guess I was onto something! You can do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the late afternoon (that's what I am doing right now). You should notice that there is a change or perhaps someone else will notice the change first!

First of all this is a extremely hard business to evaluate based on stars. Either you want to be…read morepart of a meditation group or you don't. For me I really don't want to part of meditation groups. Sorry but not sorry. I personally feel great sense of accomplishment/peace in exercise and sleep rather than meditating. I went to a intro session with a friend of mine. She is really into meditation and the different kinds. She wants to see what is out there available. When she invited me, i decided to go to see if I will be interested as well. But for people who are interested in meditating, this program is very well structured. They give introduction classes all time. They explain everything with a presentation. The cost is given at the end of the session if you want to join. It's based on your income or you get discounts if you are a full time student. I really don't want to give away the intro session away, so if you want to see what's it about go check it and sign up online. ~
