I'm a runner, a golfer and have bicycled all over the U.S. (2 or 3 centuries a year) and showed up in knots after doing some winter bike training in Delray and had the great fortune of having Alize work on me for 90 minutes. She found places that I didn't even know were causing me grief - she also nailed the lumbar, gluts, quads and IT - and I'm a new person. I biked 36 miles full out the next day in 87 degree heat into an 18 mph wind and I felt great. Couldn't have done it the day before. She's one of those masseuses who can feel with her hands and when she was finished it seemed like only about 20 minutes went by. She's booked weeks in advance so book her as soon as you can. I have a bad shoulder blade and neck issue. I could not move my hand and my hand was a numb. Victoria used muscle cream, heat and a deep tissue massage to completely relieve the pain. People waste a lot of time and money searching for the massage I got yesterday with Victoria. I tripped and my back went out a couple days ago. I was in deep spasm, could hardly walk.
