All hotels over 3 star hotels have real down pillows and clean beds with soft sheets & proper mattresses. There was a hole in the blanket, no duvet or comforter, and literally the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever tried to sleep in. Had a terrible night's sleep. The room smelled like bleach upon arrival, had hair in the sink and shower, a wet bathmat, used Kleenex on the floor, NO water pressure in the shower, a worm on the floor, a bug next to the sink, stains on the chair by the window, refrigerator not working, no mini bar, this is more like a 2 or 3 star hotel, definitely NOT a 4 star place, and not a "RESORT". Also, lobby smells like mold and cigars, ductwork is clearly in need of cleaning. WOULD NEVER stay here again or recommend to this "resort" to anyone !!! Every four star hotel in the world has down pillows and a down comforter! This place is a dump!

My massage therapist was Audrey. She was wonderful. She spent a few minutes at the start of the treatment to find out if I had any special areas of concern and then invited me to choose my aromatherapy oil. I chose the one with sweet orange. I love the relaxation room at the Seagate: it has a very calming vibe. I was offered either a peppermint tea or some prosecco when I arrived. I chose the tea. In the past, I have chosen the prosecco. However, ever since The Seagate stopped serving the prosecco in a real champagne glass, I have switched to the tea. Prosecco does NOT taste as good served in a plastic cup! When asked about this change, I was told that their champagne glasses kept disappearing.... . Really people?? The Seagate is one of my favorite spas!
