I thought that was kind of strange. I was apprehensive because I was not sure if this is a legit massage spa or if funny business occurs here. There were two signs posted inside of the w room by the door. A trafficking flyer and another stating they do not service customers sexually. That sign made me a wee bit nervous. Lol The woman climbed on the bed with me when she began massaging my back. She started massage over the towel then used oil. It was a fantastic massage and she softened a little when I started to feel pain. I feel amazing! The masseuse was very polite. She did leave a few minutes before massage was over to answer phone. I have had Mohs surgery before and was cared for like an independent patient, the procedure never taking more than an hour. I am at 6 hours and there is still someone ahead of me. Livid and disgusted!!!! Wednesday, Update Today I had a conversation with Abbey, Dr.Lewis's operation manager. I commend Dr.Lewis on her choosing Abbey for this position. She was amazingly, professional. Abbey's respectfully listened to my concern regarding the situation that occurred yesterday ;my hideous waiting time for the completion of my Mohs surgery and the overbooking of patients that were gathered in the office etc. Her acknowledging my dissatisfaction , without excuses was extremely satisfying. She understood why I was upset and recognized that I had been a patient since the practice had begun. I have now reconsidered the idea of not leaving the practice. And thank you Dr. Lewis and Abbey for not undermining my complaint.
