I was beyond needing a massage. Tense is an understatement to describe the state of my muscles. My masseuse was a true miracle worker. Her strength was impressive and her technique excellent. At one point she worked so hard and long in getting a knot out of my should that she exclaimed "Yes!" when it finally happened! I walked out like a rag doll. I will most definitely be back! read more

What a horrible experience. I booked an appointment online after seeing multiple time slots available. I drove over an hour to get there, only to find another person sitting in the waiting area who had also booked the exact same time as me. The staff member came out, admitted there was only one appointment available, and handed me the phone to speak with the owner. Instead of honoring my confirmed appointment, I was told they couldn't take me because they had no staff available besides one person working. There was no effort to resolve the situation, no apology beyond "sorry," and no consideration for the time and effort I had already spent to get there. Extremely unprofessional, frustrating, and disappointing. Save yourself the time and money -- do not go here. read more

I asked the woman who massaged me if I can use that deal "$110 for 90 minutes" since it was my first time. She said yes. AFTER working on the left side of my back for 30 MINUTES as she was moving to the right she said, "you want 90 minutes yes?" I said "yes." she said "$130 today" I argued with her and all she kept saying was "130 today" I said NO. Rather than walking out... which I should have done, I told her to just do 60 minutes. So she rushed through the rest and didn't even do the front of my legs! I will NEVER GO BACK and ill be leaving a google ans help review too. AND I GAVE HER $20 tip. I shouldn't have given her anything! I'm so angry about it. read more

Tracy's deep tissue massage was excellent and helped to reduce pain in my lower back, I will be a returning customer.

Booked online. Showed up on time and they seemed to have no idea of my booking and we started 15 minutes late. I indicated my two areas of pain (verbally, on paper and again, verbally) - one of which was addressed with Amber (the masseuse) and the she other barely touched. The massage was decent but again, I specifically had two areas I wanted focus on. At the end, a cool towel was placed on me and asked "is it too hot?" Paid $90 for the 60 minute massage and went to tip $15 in cash but was told it was $20 and was asked, was the service not good? I paid the $20 and to answer the question, would not go back nor recommend this place. read more

Terrible massage. Mean lady. Overcharged and upset when I did not leave 20 percent. Stay away from this place!!!!

I booked a couples massage. 1) No massage on lower front leg (shin). 2) My wife was not so happy about her massage, said it was just ok. 3) We wanted to tip $10 each masseuse in cash but Tracy came out and indicated that it is expected $20 per person. I said to the cashier to put $20 on the credit card but Tracy asked/insisted to put $20 on the card and the other $20 on cash. My wife said "no, it is SUGGESTED that is $20 per masseuse. I said to the cashier again "just put $20 tip on the card". We put the cash away. After a massage this is the last thing you want to be talking about. It ended up being a tense and unpleasant moment. read more

Wonderful couples massage. The staff were friendly and professional. The amenities were relaxing. Highly recommend.

Tracy made an emergency appointment for me. after I sprained my back playing tennis... Her massage therapist, Emily, filled in for Tracy, who normally does my massages.. Emily was great, and when she was finished, I felt 100 percent better!! The facility is well organized, extremely clean and all of the customer service reps are super nice and helpful... Great to know that there is always covereage to fix you up... Prices are reasonable and fair... Also, convenient parking in the rear... I am very happy and I have been getting weekly massages for approximately 30 years.. read more

The location was great, and the set up was very comfortable. The stones and stretching were the best part of our couples massage. However, it was a very intense hour. My fiancé and I are both in immense pain and soreness from how rough the massages were. She has even experienced a little bruising. When discussing with the therapists about taking it easy, they did not comply. For two people with back issues, we purchased the massages to relax and relieve the tension. As a result we are in worse pain. read more

I called the manager, Tracy, while I was at the spa to resolve a customer service issue regarding the massage I booked. Tracy answered the phone very rudely by saying she doesn't recognize my phone number and doesn't know why I am calling her. I then explained that I am a customer at the spa and she hung up the phone on me. Tracy was unprofessional and needs retraining with respect to customer service. I was a repeat customer but won't be going back to this spa after this experience! read more

What a great little find! The massage therapists were amazing. We had a couples massage and they were extremely professional. We requested deep tissue massages and boy did they take all the knots out! We will definitely go back! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I've had chronic back pain for 2 weeks and decided to get a massage. I booked my appointment and confirmed through text for a second time. I showed up 5 minutes early for my 10:30 appointment and let them know I was here for my 10:30 appointment, they said "she'll be right out" I waited until 10:50 in the lobby to finally call and ask them what was going on. They said they tried multiple times to get in contact with me to let me know that they have cancelled that appointment... made 0 sense. Will never go back here again. By the way, this was booked with Tracy. read more

I found Palmetto Spa to be a very Clean facility and with very professional staff. Great massage. I will definitely go back.

Massage was below average. My therapist didn't seem experienced or like she knew what she was doing. I was also told at the end that I was required to leave a 20% tip. read more

I never leave a review but after this couples massage from hell I had to. They were so rough me and my boyfriends backs are all bruised up. Causes more damage than anything else. My whole lower back is bruised from how rough they were. Massage was not relaxing at all. Literally one hour of straight pain. Save your money and your back and go somewhere else because you will be in pain for the next week and a half from how hard they bruise you. read more
