We had a lovely experience here. Some Yelp friends had been here a while back and I'd bookmarked it. So today, I called for an appointment for my husband and me. We decided to get their 30-minute foot massages. We came in time for our appointment and they took us right away. The foot massage was very good. I liked that there wasn't any sitting with your feet in water first and that the massage concentrated on our feet. They cleaned our feet first with wet washcloths and then started on first one foot then the other. There was a little bit of leg massage, on each side, as well. It was relaxing laying down with our eyes covered and soft music playing. The half hour flew by! We were both very pleased with the gals that worked on us. We would definitely return. read more

We had our 1st footspot experience yesterday and I must say that it was great. We got the foot and back combo that was only $55 or what is still. It comes with a 30 minute from massage and 30 minute background it included massaging your hands and a scalp massage as well. The ambience is nice all the beds are next to each other but they make sure you get us much privacy as needed and cover your eyes to relax. No English the lady that runs the place acts like she understands English, but I don't think she understands it like people that are English. The guy that is behind the scenes. I believe his name is Russel anytime you contact him which I've done repeatedly. He act annoyed, so then why even bother to work he also knows everything so this way this business should be a national chain soon because the guy has the corner on business doesn't want any ideas or anything there's no follow up in this place and one day it'll catch up with them. I woke her up. She used one hand the entire time and the pressure was way off (either not enough or too much and it hurt). The massage therapist who worked on me gave me the best massage I've ever had. She was able to provide the very deep pressure I needed. Despite me not having been to get a massage in a long time, I have previously tried quite a few businesses and therapists; including luxury services at 5 star hotels, chains, mall kiosks, and so on. I got a gift card from here for my birthday back in October last year and just now had a chance to use it. My friend had gotten me the 60 min full body massage and it was a perfect day to use it, since I was off from work, and on a Monday! I've been working out more than usual lately so my body was sore and my back achy from sitting on my desk all day at work. Don't let the name 8 Foot Spa fool you, it's not just a foot spa. It's a million times more than that! It's a quiet and calm atmosphere, with professionals that go above abs beyond to satisfy their clients's needs. I know I've only been there once so far, but while I waited a few minutes for them to sanitize my area, I was able to observe them work and the look of satisfaction in their clients faces! I don't know the name of the guy that did mine, but all I can say is that he was able to remove every knot from my back, and made me feel like I was floating when I left there! When I was waiting for change, a couple walked in and were trying to decide what to get. I interrupted them and told them to get the 60 min full body one, I had just gotten it done and it was worth it. The guy looked at me and said: "you look like you just woke up from a coma"!! Not impressed. The best part about this experience was how accomadadting they were at getting me in even though I had to change my appointment time twice. However, the massage was very lackluster and I actually decreased my time from one hour to 30 minutes, as did my friend who joined me, while we were getting the massages. I had asked for the 60 minute foot massage and the therapist started massaging my head and front of my neck for 10 minutes. It didn't feel good at all, so I finally asked him to massage my feet, since that's why I came to a foot massage spa. The foot massage itself was ok. It was mostly just rubbing a ton of oil on my feet and not very specific. Both my friend and I were basically waiting until the massage was over so we could leave instead of enjoying and indulging in what should be a pleasurable experience. We both had male therapists. Maybe the gals here are better, but this place is far away from where I live and based on this initial experience, I won't be back. Unfortunate, too. This hidden gem is wonderful. Masseuse was professional, and definitely hit all my pressure points. The exterior does not match the interior. The inside is calming, dimly lit and very relaxing. As someone who needs weekly massages I was looking for a place since I moved here. I will say the massage by Toni was awesome. I could actually walk better when he was done. However while getting massage another masseuse opens the door and starts talking to him. Very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable as Im laying there in a towel. Left me feeling like the whole relaxed massage was ruined. Whatever was being spoke on could have waited 5 minutes when he was done. It was very rude. TERRIFIC EXPERIENCE! So very relaxing that my friend fell asleep! We didn't know what to expect and we throughly enjoyed this. There is soft, relaxing music on when you go in. You lay down on a cot and they put a cloth over your eyes to sooth you and a towel over your body to keep you warm and snugly!
