Save your money. Go somewhere else…read more I went to Footopia using a Groupon gifted to me and was deceived by the employees. The front desk associate tried to upsell to my massage from 50 minutes to 1 hour ($10 for 10 more minutes). This is understandable as this is a common sales tactic, no alarm there. I proceeded to say I only wanted what the Groupon offered. I was then told that my massage would be given in the "public room" despite my Groupon stating that it was supposed to be in a private room and provided with no explanation. The person who ended up giving me my massage stated that my massage was for 40 minutes (despite the services saying 50 minutes.) As a customer, I shouldn't have to remind my masseuse of the services I requested. Further, the masseuse simply put a towel on top of my clothing which makes absolutely no sense as the massage was advertised with using "therapeutic oils" which I would hope does not go on dry clothing. I ended up leaving after the less than 20 minute , half assed "body massage." Despite not even getting half of what the Groupon was worth, she then ran after me for a tip even though I left obviously upset and not wanting to cause a scene. The icing on the cake was the unprofessional text message I got from the business asking about what happened during the "massacre" (sounds about right) when a phone call would have been more acceptable and professional. The employees are extremely pushy which made it difficult to voice any concerns. How can you run a business with the main purpose being to help customers destress and relax to then make your customers feel uncomfortable and used? As a customer I shouldn't have to constantly remind employees of the services included in the literal title!!!!! The only explanation would be either incompetence or deceit on the part of the business and its employees. Do better.

It was a…read moresuper last-minute plan, but when we arrived, I was happy with the cozy lighting and relaxing ambiance. The price wasn't bad either, which was a plus. But then the actual service happened... and wow! Andrea (or at least that's the name I was given) was an absolute NIGHTMARE a disappointment. In fact these are the kind of massages my husband gives and then I tell him to stop because it's not even worth it. I have no words for how ANGRY I was. My blood - BOILING, and the only reason I didn't get up and leave was that my mom and daughter were actually having a great time. And I didn't want to ruin my mom's mood, so I sucked it up and stayed. I asked her to increase the pressure, thinking maybe it would get better--NOPE. And the thing that really pushed me over the edge? She stopped. Like, completely stopped moving for 20 seconds--and that's just the the longest time I counted. It happened multiple times, but that when I hit 20 seconds that's the moment I lost it internally. BLINDFOLD's OFF! Instead of being relaxed, I ended up playing games on my phone just to keep from saying something. My phone was more relaxing, the music playing in the room was more relaxing. I was supposed to be drifting off, but instead, I had to take deep breaths to calm myself down. Never again. Also, this place also goes by lucky feet & body massage. Oh and yes I paid for all 3 services and I was adamant that she does not get any tip whatsoever. I left $20 each for the other attendants.

I think these people are running a lowdown sex trafficking business. This is the text I sent them…read morethe next day with no response: Hello, I just want to let you know that you were very inappropriate with my "massage" yesterday. I innocently and naïvely came in for a simple massage because my upper body was stiff and inflammed. Not to mention, I filled out your paperwork AFTER the massage. If sex trafficking is done at Wiles Spa, then I'd caution you to watch out before you get reported.

There's no door on the room just a curtain up so it's not completely private but it's more than some of the reflexology places where you just separated by a curtain. I was given a male masseuse, despite me being a female, but I didn't mind. However, they didn't ask me so if that's something that you are uncomfortable with then you should voice that from the beginning. The massage was a bit too hard for me at first, but I let him know and he adjusted. The prices aren't bad at $80 for an hour. The only thing that is a little iffy, when you go to pay, they will try to talk you into increasing your tip amount. Their standard suggestion is $30 for an hour and $40 for the 90 minute session, but they "encourage" more.

I have mixed feelings about my experience here yesterday. On one hand, the facility is beautiful,…read morevery clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. The massage portion of the facial was amazing and easily the highlight of the service. However, I don't feel the service was worth the price point. While the esthetician was kind and explained her steps, the actual treatment felt rushed, as if my face was just being "played with" rather than treated. Several of the masks and cleansers caused a burning sensation that wasn't addressed. Most disappointingly, I woke up today with my skin looking worse than when I went in. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Overall, it felt like a waste of money for a professional treatment.
