I went with a groupon and had an excellent experience. You must make an appointment and they call the day before to confirm. The waiting area is very nice with about 8 seats. The massage room was quiet and she played nice music. I had the Swedish massage with aromatherapy. She played nice music and used lavender oils. Upon completion she offered me water and a mint. Staff was friendly and efficient with checkin and appointment time was accurate. There is plenty of parking in the attached parking lot. The spa is on the 2nd floor. Fear not, spa goers, this SPA abides by COVID regulations! So I found this spa through a Groupon for vacuum therapy. I decided to go ahead and discover the world of vacuum therapy and see what it's all about. I called the salon on a Monday and got in on Saturday. The entire experience was wonderful. The salon is very clean, it smells nice, the music and rooms are relaxing. The staff is incredibly friendly and informative. I bought 6 sessions for vacuum therapy and each week was more relaxing than the last once I got used to the suction. The red light therapy that accompanied the vacuum was warm and pleasant. I 10/10 recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing spa treatment or body sculpting. I'm coming back for the cryotherapy and I don't doubt it'll be just as good of an experience as the vacuum therapy. You won't regret coming here! read more

The worst service I've encountered. They delayed attending us because we were 5 minutes late due to traffic and I had phoned to let them know my frustration and I apologized. They took their time and seemed to stall attending us upon our arrival. We were the only ones there. They left us 10 minutes waiting for our tandem massage. When they finally started I felt they were basically biding their time to get over with. It was not so much a massage as it was a lotion slathering even when we asked for more pressure. Though she asked if temp was alright and offered to put the heat up that was the end of her consideration. They ended the massage 40 minutes later and I felt I had taken a nap. But the worst part was that I decided that the massage really wasn't worth a big tip. I'm usually a big tipper but I thought I'm never going to come back here again and I really was unnerved about their very lack of massage so I left them $15 for the two of them and she told us after giving us a little cup of water that they would meet us at the window at checkout. I was already in a hurry so I was not sure why they weren't opening the window and I was about to leave but then she opened the window, asked me for my last name and then I gave her the tip. We left and she opened the window again and said I'm sorry but I told you that the tip was $12 minimum for each No one ever told me the tip was $12 minimum each moreover a tip is not an obligatory purchase, it is a tip. I usually am a big tipper because I feel especially with Groupon that they probably lose a little bit of money upon the purchase of a discounted price. However I don't feel that I should be bullied into paying a big amount if the service rendered was not worth it She came running out of her office started yelling at me and she even followed us down the stairs into the parking lot and screamed "have a crappy day". I didn't answer because I felt a bit threatened by her as she seemed beside herself. Be very careful when coming here that you may also be threatened and yelled at. read more

I went here as a birthday gift with a groupon. The service was very good, very friendly people and quick. It was a small and quiet area with soothing music. Overall, the Swedish massage with aromatherapy was alright. I can't say it was my absolute best one but it was okay, not worth going again for me, though. She was kind to ask if the pressure was good once but there were little details that I feel could have been improved. I felt that on some parts of the massage, one area was massaged more than another and as if it was a bit rushed. So much time was spent on the back and not enough on the legs. And at one point I noticed she massaged one foot and not the other, it was more like a cover in lotion and move on. Her neck and head massage was very good though. I noticed she also left a few times disrupting the massage all together and then would come back to continue and she had to turn on the light once as well. I feel that disconnects the person from the relaxation and the massage. I did not know about the tip, either. I wish that was something they would tell you ahead of time when booking and reserving. 22 minutes ago Horrible experience and I didn't even get to go to the appointment. I booked online Monday, for a 60 mins couples massage session. Got a call from someone there who told me that I I could change my appointment for half an hour earlier. I told her I had a previous appointment but could do at a later time. She told me nothing else was available and that she was going to call the manager and call me back to confirm my original time slot, even though I got a confirmation online, also I let my cc on record. Then today, I get another call from the same person, trying to change my appointment again to a later time even though she said no availability before, she said she was trying to accommodate another client. I cancelled my appointment and told her to stop calling me and delete my information. The main reason I booked online is not to be bothered with call, they called me over 3 times. Also no respect for someone's time or schedule. Will not use your services never. read more

I went a few weeks ago with my boyfriend for the couples massage for his birthday. It was great. It started with a glass of wine. Then the magic started. The young woman who did my massage was fantastic. She took her time and gave my body the attention it needed! Not too hard not too soft. I have to admit I do not like deep tissue because I dont have a high pain tolerance, but I felt like it was a gentle deep tissue if that makes any sense. My boyfriend couldn't unfortunately say the same about the young woman who gave him his massage. He felt she rushed through it, did the same parts over and over. He thought she was inexperienced. Funny how different our experiences were. I still have to give this place four stars because the I loved the woman who worked her magic on me. read more

The massage was decent and customer service was excellent. The wine in my opinion was horrible. I rather just have the glass of water they gave at the end. The wine wasn't a deal breaker so I just dismiss it. I bought Groupon for a Swedish massage with aromatherapy. This place was easy to find and the girls were very nice and professional. When I called to make the appointment, they advised me that we must pay an additional $12 for tip, which I had no problem with. They called me two days before to confirm my appointment. As soon as we filled out the paper work they brought us in to the room. The facility is very clean and neat. We jumped into the massage beds and they massaged our whole bodies. My favorite part was the face massage at the end. Most places will usually finish with the shoulder/neck massage, but they ended with a very thorough face massage which was a pleasant surprise. She is very thorough, gives great pressure and I usually fall asleep every time which means it was a good massage. The massage was great, it helped so much with all the built up tension I had in my back; and the facial was phenomenal!
