Since I was new to town and have had much success with the Ayurvedic lifestyle, I thought this would be an easy transition until I got settled in. Let me start by saying this woman is a complete fraud and con artist. I was duped into believing the high non refundable price of consultation was a good sign that she was a legit practitioner. Boy was I wrong. After the expensive phone conversation I was a little concerned at her lack of knowledge of the art, but scheduled a face to face anyway where I was asked to pay extra for her secret blend of Ayurvedic herbs. It was nothing like what I was used to seeing as a 12 year vet of yhe lifestyle, so I had my alottment sent to a private lab for analysis. There was 0 Triphala, Brahmi, Ashwagandha, or any other of the traditional Ayurvedic herbs at all in the over priced zip lock baggie she gave me. When confronted with this she smuggly chuckled when I asked for a refund and before saying no. I wish negative stars was an option on here because she deserves worse. I've reported her to the BBB and also hired an outside investigator for a few hours of his time. He informed me she was a known conwoman and I was best to stay away from her, which I will do. I found it odd, but the investigators tone turned serious and stated that far more people have died at her hands than have ever been healed. FELLOW AYURVEDIC PEEPS....RUN FROM THIS ONE.

Puja Hut is a one stop shop for anything you need for Hindu worship. For those who want to know Puja in the Sanskrit language means "offerings". I've even traveled to India and made pilgrimage to some of Indias most ancient temples like Tirumala Venkateswara Temple. Plying around Puja Hut I found all kinds of Idols made of precious stone, plastic, porcelain & metal, stick and resin incense, malas, 10 foot flower garlands, yantras, jewelry, candles, spiritual car trinkets, Houses for the gods, crowns, incense holders, diyas, paintings and different puja fire offerings etc. I loved that they not only had idols of the traditional Hindu gods, but also idols of the more ancient arcane vedic gods of antiquity like Surya. Authentic ayurveda abhyanga massage in Delray Beach, Florida!…read more I am an ayurveda practitioner and have had many massages including ayurveda abhyanga style massages. I was doing a home panchakarma retreat (an ayurveda cleanse from India) and was looking for a massage therapist trained in "abhyanga". The abhyanga massage technique originates from India and having experienced these massages in India, I can attest that Natalie's technique is authentic. She used high quality, herb-infused oils that were specific to my individual constitution. The oils were gently warmed to ensure maximum absorption. As an added bonus, she had a heated massage table, which ensured a deeply relaxing experience. After the abhyanga massage, ayurveda recommends a steam bath and Natalie can accommodate this with her portable steam sauna! Check out her website for the other offerings. I know I'll be going back for Shirodhara in the near future! She is competitively priced and highly skilled. If you are doing panchakarma, I highly recommend you check out Natalie! She sensed from my voice on the phone that I needed help desperately and she accommodated me right away in her busy schedule. From the very first meeting with her I was convinced she was truly gifted. It had taken 4 specialists (of regular/Western medicine) to figure out what Nadira figured out in just seconds (I kid you not!!!) by touching/feeling my body. That is just one example showing how knowledgeable she is and how good she is at what she does. On top of that, she is really compassionate. She listens carefully and knows just the right thing to say, she gives advice without being patronizing, she tells you what to do with sweetness and kindness. I really liked the fact that she listened carefully to my issues and my fears and gave me solutions that treated me as a whole: mind, body and spirit; she didn't just try to treat symptoms, she knew how to find and treat the root cause. And she really cares, she called me several times to see how I'm feeling, her concern does not stop when you walk out the door. I think she is more than gifted, I think she is some kind of angel.
