So last night I had a Bliss Therapy session with Ivy. I had to process the experience in order to find the words to express it, and I'm still flavoring the after effects of this bliss The whole session was incredibly delightful; little by little, with beautiful music and a very special spiritual prayer, I was submerged into an very serene state of relaxation. The Abhyanga Massage was incredibly relaxing; I could feel my body releasing tension. The herbal-oil remedies, especifically chosen for me, made it simply amazing. I felt I could let myself go and abandon myself into the experience. Then came the Shirodhara Therapy, which took me to a very profound state, where my eyes were covered and this warm soft oil caressed my forehead. First I started to have some visions, but then, in my mind, I let myself go to somewhere else. I came out walking on a cloud, my body was numb of relaxation, my mind was not tired but at a very very beautiful peaceful state, similar to that state of deep mediation but even deeper because it was beyond me. I had some tea and then went home to a very long resting sleep. Today I felt myself as I was reborn into a new me. My mind is at a pure bliss state, and I feel more connected to my body. This morning I was more sensible to my emotions, and I had these multiple serene meditative episodes where I allowed myself to really feel the present moment, and at some times I could hear a ringing in my ears which elevated me to a higher state. I really wanted to express how blissful this session is, how I strongly suggest it to those who are interested in trying it. I feel like I rejuvenated my body, mind and spirit.
