After packing my house and sitting in a car for 3 days, I could barely walk. I had Kathy as a therapist, and she gave a wonderful massage. I would give the massage part a 4.5. I asked that she just do my back, and that was fine. When she did my feet, she only did one. Hence, the 4.5. The 3 stars are because (i) the AC was so freaking COLD, I could not relax; (ii) even the therapy room was WAY TOO COLD; and (iii) the bed heater took forever to warm up and never could match the AC. I sure enjoyed my ONE HOUR massage today (a Monday in early February 2020) at Elements Massage, Coral Springs. This massage studio is very near to Coral Square Mall at the perimeter of a Publix shopping plaza just north of said mall. My appointment started at 5:00 p.m. and checking in with the Receptionist, Summer, was a breeze. Water was offered for my short wait in the waiting room and I was even given a choice between room temperature drinking water or cold drinking water. My masseuse soon came to get me and introduce themself to me. Before I knew it I was enjoying my relaxing ONE HOUR massage that I can wholeheartedly recommend. With Valentine's Day 2020 approaching this month there is a very good 2 session Gift Card sale going on at the front/Reception desk. Summer told me about it. I ended up purchasing the 2 session hour massage Gift Card for $150 this Valentine's month so a good value, I'd say, in that each of the massages I purchased come out to $75. One of the best massages I've gotten. I found Elements through Yelp and the raving reviews weren't wrong. Located in a plaza next to Coral Square Mall, it might be a bit tricky to find. It's right next to Wings Plus but on the street side not the actual inside of the plaza. I called ahead to schedule an appointment and the nice gentleman who worked with me was very sweet. He asked what pressure I wanted and if I cared for male or female masseuse. Because I prefer firm pressure, he recommended one of their male masseuse specialists. Upon arriving on the day, I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist named Rachel. She asked if I wanted water and then asked if I wanted room temp or fridged. The small details really make a difference! Already I felt well taken care of. Then Scott came out to bring me to the massage room. Now I've gotten numerous massages before but this was my first male masseuse experience and boy, Scott set the bar real high. He has miracle hands. He asked what I was in for and I told him I've been have extreme tension in my neck and shoulders area from working out and sitting at a desk. He said he'd do a deep tissue focusing more on upper body. He really got into my knots and it was firm to my liking. Even though at some points it was bringing tears to my eyes, it was a good pain and I left there feeling 100x better than when I entered and could barely turn my neck. I definitely recommend Scott if you can handle the pain and pressure! Elements has a membership program but the staff there was not pushy at all about signing up. Rachel simply recommended that if I do massages every month or so, this deal is really good. Normally an hour massage is $95 and with the month to month membership it comes out to be $65. I went to this place for the first time bc they had a new customer deal. $60 for 1 hour massage. Normal drop in price is $100. I had called them the day before to ask if they had someone that understood the muscles and joints well bc I have pain on my shoulder, neck and back due to a torn labrum. Of course I didn't want any ole person working on me who may injure the area more or worse not even help me with my issue and just do a basic full body massage that doesn't even address the pain at all. I was paired with Miguel and boy was I lucky I was. He understood the area well. He knew the points to focus on and released the tightness and pain. He listened to me on my concerns and worked out the knots. I wasn't sure if I could afford a monthly membership or if I would even have time to go that often but luckily the front desk said that they offer package deals where they can load 3 or 6 sessions if I liked for the same discount as if I had the monthly membership. Had a fantastic massage yesterday! Chris was amazing. First we talked about the stretching techniques to help with my shoulder that I aggravated then a 90 minute massage. Chris worked in the entire area of the shoulder first from my wrist down to the scapular. That was great because it allowed me to relax for the rest of the massage. Intense neck stretches that was so needed to foot massages all on a perfect temperature heated massage table. I was so relaxed I walked out and my husband said your shirt is inside out and backwards I felt so good I could care less. Lol Thanks again for a great experience. Had a spa gift card so I decided to check this place after reading awesome Yelp reviews (shout-out to Linda L.). I booked two weeks prior via phone call which was quick and easy. I checked their website and saw that they were doing a new member promotion. Normally, a one hour full body massage goes for $95 but for first time customers, it was only $55. I had a $50 gift card so I only paid the difference and tip. I had Angelica who was really nice and professional. She's a level 3 and wow her hands were so strong. I had to ask her to reduce the pressure a few times lol. I think next time I would choose a level 2 masseuse for sure. Anyway, I told her my problem areas and didn't mind her level 3 on those areas, she focused on my neck and shoulders which was amazing. I definitely felt limber after that. I have been getting a 90-minute massage every other week at Elements Massage for over two years. I consider it a key component of my self-care and well-being program. During that time, I have been scheduling all my appointments with one masseuse. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, that therapist was not available for this week's appointment, so I was offered one with another masseuse, Catherine, whom my wife has gone to multiple times. Initially, I was hesitant to change practitioners, even for just one session. My usual therapist has been working on me so long that she knows quite well where I hold all my tensions and knots. But based on my wife's recommendation, rather than skip my session, I decided to keep my regular appointment and have Catherine work on me. In short, Catherine is a very skilled masseuse! She carefully listened to what I requested, what I was looking for, and then I just left it in her hands...literally. She worked a bit differently, using different techniques than my usual therapist, but clearly knows her stuff. She takes feedback very well and is truly committed to providing an outstanding experience. All in all, another highly satisfying experience at Elements Massage. Came back to Elements this past weekend for a couples massage again with my boyfriend for our anniversary. I had gotten my massage therapist's name wrong in my first review, his name is Matt, not Spence. Pretty sure my boyfriend had Spence last time. I had Matt again this time and he was just as good as my first massage here. He used enough pressure that it was hurting me, but in a good way! Matt could tell I had some kinks in my neck, shoulders and upper back and did his best to work them out as much as he could in only 60 minutes. I was actually pretty sore the next day and even today as well (2 days later)...again, sore in a good way. My boyfriend had Sharon this time around. She massaged his whole body, but focused mostly though on his upper body and shoulder (as he is having some issues with one of his shoulders). He said her pressure was good & the massage was good overall, but that her technique seemed a little fast. I told him he should have mentioned to her to work a little slower, especially in the area that he has been having issues. I think Elements Massage pricing is good, compared to other massage places. Their studios are nice & clean. They have dim lighting, comfy beds & blankets and play nice relaxing music, etc. The bathroom was nice. Their staff is very friendly, and not pushy to sell services or their membership. All in all, we are both happy with our massages. We said we definitely need to come back again, but not wait 6 months in between massages. I think next time I'll request that my boyfriend gets his massage with Matt, as I think he is really good, and my boyfriend would like it. read more

I have been here two times in the past week, and I have thoroughly enjoyed both experiences. This was not my first massage, but I can tell you that my masseuse did the best job that I've ever experienced. It was so good that I voluntarily signed up for their wellness program. I came in because my shoulder had been bothering me for about a month. The pain varied in strength, and came and went as it pleased. I finally couldn't take it anymore on Friday. They were able to get me a last minute appointment (literally, I scheduled it an hour before I showed up) with Sean. He was extremely attentive and actually listened to what I was saying. He figured out my issues and talked me through all the problems he found in my muscles. I believed everything he said because it all made sense. I didn't feel like he was just telling me some BS to make me trust him. This was enforced even more at the end of my treatment because he didn't force a wellness plan on me. He just asked that I came back again Sunday for a little more work, and I obliged because I could feel that it was already helping. Honestly the biggest selling point with this place was not just that Sean was great and fixed my issues...it was that no one tried to sell me a wellness plan. For every other place I've been to, they always try to conclude the session with a sales pitch. Elements worked with me on my pricing for these two sessions, which made me feel like they really wanted me to get better. I also love the fact that their wellness plan rolls over the sessions paid for if you can't make it one month so they don't go to waste. You can use those sessions as normal or you can use it as an upgrade. They work with you on the options. I'm looking forward to finally taking care of myself for once! read more

Where do I begin? Let's go back in time- 15 years ago when I first started running and had my first car accident which left me with herniated discs in my L3-L5. Fast forward to present- still running, now 13-15 miles every day, now with a sprain LCL - and no amount of foam rolling, yoga, and massages have been able to give me complete relief from all the knots- UNTIL I MET KRISTIAN- with those magical hands- can I say he's basically GOD in my eyes? In just ONE hour I don't know how he got in the knots but my legs the next day have never felt better! Been an elements fan for over a year and their new location is just as fabulous as the last one. I am a member so I just make my appt online if I need last minute massage. They have therapists that do deep tissue, hot stone or just a simple relaxing massage. I love that I can say "I just need my upper back and neck worked on" and they do just that. It was hard to reach them on the phone to make an appointment. Left a couple voicemails and no response until I finally reached them on the phone to make it. Horrible experience that I ever had. The lighting was too bright and music choice did not make me feel relax whatsoever...it was to upbeat music. The masseuse keep talking throughout the session recommending about what I need to do for my back and get a second opinion from another MD and make sure I do an MRI, etc. and made a comment that made me feel very uncomfortable facing upwards *hint hint*. Received a survey via email and rated 5 out of 10 with no comment. I received a voicemail from Erica regarding on my response and I called back/left message....still no call back as of yet. This all took place the weekend of 6/19. I have another gift receipt to use there but I am not planning to come back to this place. I had an incredible massage here last month. It truly felt like therapy. I've been having serious neck pain, and the massage therapist I went to (Matt) really helped.
