I have been working out / exercising 5 to 10 times a week for about 1.5 years now and continued that during treatment. I slightly improved my diet over the past 6 weeks, but no major changes. So, basically, I can honestly say the results I am seeing are almost exclusively due to the treatments. - I have done cryoslimming and Tesla with Marla. Cryoslimming on the upper / lower abs, obligues and lower back. I've had some stubborn fat / love handles that I havent been able to get rid of no matter how much I work out. Well, this was the push that my body needed because they are almost completely gone once starting cryoslim. And I still havent seen the full results as the cryoslim continues to work for weeks after the sessions, so Im sure it will be even more amazing in the next few weeks. - I was skeptical re: the TeslaSculpt. After the first session, I didnt think I got anything out of it. But, Marla told me to be patient. After session 3, the next time I did an ab work out, I noticed a huge difference. I went in person to change the time, and they told me it could be scheduled for any day. On the day of my appointment (Thursday), they charged me for a consultation, even though I had already reserved the exact service I needed. Then they told me that to keep the promotional price, I had to come back on a Friday. When I tried to reschedule again, they demanded that I prepay half of the cost, ignoring the fact that my boyfriend had already left a deposit. Due to the ongoing miscommunication and the rude, unhelpful attitude from the staff, I decided not to proceed with the treatment. After I posted my review, the doctor called me a liar, when in reality the issue has been the staff's poor communication and management. My question is: why are they refusing to refund the deposit to my boyfriend if I never received the service and even paid for a consultation? This seems completely unfair and incorrect.

Therapist waked out halfway through without announcement to use the bathroom. Could hear her through the walls. Did wash hands before returning. Said nothing upon returning. The very strange part was she skipped my feet. When I asked her about this she said I asked for body massage. I said yes and feet are a part of my body. She said No...that different. Mind you- every other massage I've had in my life did include feet. Ok... asked how much extra for feet- she said no, her shift was over and she had to go. (Btw- recent pedicure and shower before hand. I do not have off putting feet). And massage ended before the hour!
