I've been coming to Andrea for eyebrows for almost seven years and I only have ever had positive (+…read morerelaxing!) experiences at Serena Day Spa. They have relocated from their location in Coral Springs to a space within the Renaissance Spa & Salon but they haven't lost the special touch that I've experienced personally and witnessed over the years. Andrea surrounds herself with an amazing staff of women who are kind and amazing at their craft. Laurie, who helped me make my most recent appointment was accommodating and easy to schedule with. She also let me know ahead of time what COVID protocols were being followed. I know during this time the idea of having someone close to your face can be scary but Andrea and her staff take every precaution. Temperature checks are taken at the front and Andrea wore a mask and shield when she did my brows. They are also sanitizing between each of the services. I felt safe and at ease throughout the entire process. Thank you Andrea + the staff at Serena Day Spa for taking care of me all of these years - your kindness and care for your clients is unparalleled. I could not recommend this spa more highly. I will continue to be a customer for life!

Sunni was exceptional and I loved every minute of my session. My sister had Yen (?) and she also loved her massage. The price for an hour is only $50 and worth every penny. They charged me 2% ($2) to use my card and I was fine with that. I made the appointment over the phone with Eva and she was so sweet. Our appointment was followed up with a confirmation text. They are located outside the mall in the Tijuana Taxi plaza, near the intersection of Atlantic and University. I will come back next time I am in the area and looking to escape reality for a little while. Highly recommend.

Before I arrived I…read morefilled out a quick little check-in on the phone stating any surgeries or allergies I had and when we got there, it was a breeze checking in. The interior front portion of the place was very clean, smelled wonderful and had a lot of items that they sold that seemed really interesting. After getting checked in, I went to sit in their waiting area that had a few seats and very dim lighting so I was already getting relaxed while I waited for more relaxation. Once I got called back, I went into another dim room where I got ready under the sheets to begin my massage. I decided to get medium pressure and my masseuse, Jocelyn, was wonderful. Taking the time for the full 60 minutes, I could feel areas loosen while she massaged. I loved that the bed I was laying on was slightly heated and the warm towels and oil she used both felt and smelled wonderful. Once I was done, she was ready with a small cup of water and wished me an amazing day. The price for a 60 minute Swedish massage is $125 and well worth every penny. This doesn't include a tip, so be ready to tip these hard workers! They also offer a membership that I have been contemplating getting because of how well this location treated me for my first time having a massage. Next time I'll try their deep tissue option!
