She gets upset if I am early, as I have to sit in a chair with arms to get up. My nurse has to help me. Apparently Tina was angry about my having had to face my appointment on the 1st. She cut my hair dry and it looked great. I moved to get it washed. She washed it and not happy when I had to use the chair instead of te lounge chair. After that she would leave for 10-20 minutes , return and do a little ad leave again. She took time to take a lunch break. Wat usually takes an hour took over 2 hours. She usual charges $35 when it's cut ad $25 regularly. She charged me $50 and everyone was gone but me, y nurse ad Tina. I have never been treated so disrespectfully before. She primped herself and just wasted time. I will not go back there and certainly never miss an opportunity to tell anyone about the behavior of this woman. I wonder how much she claims of the cash that she charges. She doesn't take credit cards I was told, so it's cash only. What a sick way to treat a customer.

The interior front portion of the place was very clean, smelled wonderful and had a lot of items that they sold that seemed really interesting. After getting checked in, I went to sit in their waiting area that had a few seats and very dim lighting so I was already getting relaxed while I waited for more relaxation. Once I got called back, I went into another dim room where I got ready under the sheets to begin my massage. I decided to get medium pressure and my masseuse, Jocelyn, was wonderful. Taking the time for the full 60 minutes, I could feel areas loosen while she massaged. I loved that the bed I was laying on was slightly heated and the warm towels and oil she used both felt and smelled wonderful. Once I was done, she was ready with a small cup of water and wished me an amazing day. The price for a 60 minute Swedish massage is $125 and well worth every penny. This doesn't include a tip, so be ready to tip these hard workers! They also offer a membership that I have been contemplating getting because of how well this location treated me for my first time having a massage. Next time I'll try their deep tissue option!
