They make it very easy when you check in. I've had both the Haddado face lift and a Medical massage by her. I've been into of the treatment rooms, they are both lit in a relaxing manner, the massage beds and chairs are comfortable, and they offer hangers on the back of the door to hang your clothing. The bathroom is accessible, modern and clean. The entrance is slightly difficult to find but stuff makes it easy by coming to get you and guiding you ! Everything was great. My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. Arrived just a little early for my husband and my appointment. A young lady (appearing Brazilian or of Hispanic background [I am Hispanic]) and I believe the owner started massaging us at 4:41 pm. We both asked for deep tissue massage. I suffer from back injury due to a recent motor vehicle accident, and since I am not back at my home receiving physical therapy, this massage was supposed to help my back. WOW, the HUGE disappointment is an understatement. I cannot call whatever it is I underwent even "Swedish" massage. It was a disorganized rub without any beneficial and therapeutic meaning. The masseuse (if she is even licensed) spent more time rubbing her hands together with lotion and slapping warm oil on me than actually providing any well thought out massage. The "hot stones" were "warm stones." Do not get me started on the touching of my face with no whatsoever pressure. The disaster ended at exactly 6:00 PM. Yes, I was shorted 11 minutes. My husband shared that his masseuse started somewhat strong indicating a deep tissue massage would be carried through the session. That fell apart. The end was sloppy and useless like me end. In the end, we both walked out feeling actually WORSE than going in. My lower back concentrated at levels L5-S1 locked up as we were leaving. I struggled to get into my vehicle. My husband's back feels 10X worse than it did before the massage. He will go to a chiropractor later this week. I will see my orthopedic surgeon early this week, too. WOW, this was the worst massage experience of my life couple with the fact that my back now feels worse than before I received a disorganized rub.
