Came here with my boyfriend. I got a Swedish massage 60 mon plus a mini facial and my boyfriend did the 90 minute Swedish massage. From the moment I booked my appt over the phone and I left the customer service was beyond 100%. They took care of us , were extremely nice and so friendly ! I can't wait to come back to pompano beach because I'm for sure coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know. I honestly think they should charge more for their amazing service. I came in the other day with an appointment for a facial and a mani/pedi. I was excited to try out this day spa because it's only a few blocks from my house and I read some great reviews. However, my experience was disappointing. I knew something was off when I asked the receptionist whether they did dip nails and she responded that she couldn't discuss the mani/pedi with me before hand because the nail tech wasn't there. But I decided to just give it a shot anyway. I arrived at 1030am and it appeared they had just opened, no one was there except the woman who unlocked the door for me. She brought me back into a room and I laid down on the table, this was only my 2nd facial ever but I had an amazing experience with my first so I was excepting something quite different. Once I laid down she said, "sorry, we had to cancel your mani/pedi, the woman is sick and can't come today." Uhhh, OK. That would have been nice to know before I laid down on your table?! Whatever- I was still excited to be pampered. She lathered my face with something (I can't tell you what because she didn't speak to me the entire time) and then put the steamer thing on my face and left the room for what seemed like 15 minutes. She came back and did some extractions, put a cold face mask on and left for another 15 minutes. So for 30 minutes of my 45 minute facial the woman wasn't even in the room with me. I had high hopes for this place, but will not be returning. read more

With that said, this place is not fancy, especially from the outside, but it's clean with a relaxing interior environment plus everyone was very helpful, friendly and nice. I had a hot stone massage with Ericka. She was pleasant, attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the various stages. I felt very relaxed and too chill to do much of anything afterwards. I was not able to get an early appointment when I called in the am, so I was surprised when I arrived late to find the place was completely EMPTY!?!? It was not especially inexpensive with Groupon nor as conveniently located as I would like so I will keep searching. read more

I made an appointment for foot massage and asked if all staff was vaccinated and they said. Yes. When I arrived, the therapist, who was about to begin, asked If I had my "shot." I told her I was fully vaccinated and assumed she was too. She said she was not. I immediately got up and told her I was leaving. She acted surprised. I said with the surge Delta variant she was putting me at risk of becoming infected because it was so highly contagious. I told her if she was only endangering herself, I would have been less upset, but she was endangering the whole community. My friend and I came to the area for a girls trip. We found Lotus Day Spa through Yelp. It is a charming spa with wonderful and friendly staff. On the second day of our trip, we had an hour full body massage. (Pamela is the best! She gives phenomenal massages). We enjoyed the experience so much that we came back the following day for a pedicure and reflexology. The ladies at Lotus Day Spa treated us like royalty. I would highly recommend this Day Spa.
