I liked that there wasn't any sitting with your feet in water first and that the massage concentrated on our feet. First you soak your feet in warm lavender-scented water while reclined & covered with a blanket. The order & how you're seated has changed since Sunny feet first opened. They start with your arms & hands then do you feet first all while you're reclined. And as mentioned in some previous reviews the pressure can be pretty intense at times. I like it, but if it's too much for you the therapists are very accommodating & want you to be happy. Then they convert the recliner into a massage table to focus on your shoulders, neck & back. There are 2 options: the "Regular" which is $35 for an hour, this is mostly feet with about 15 minutes shoulders, neck & back. The "Combo" is $40 for an hour and is half feet, half shoulders, neck & back. *This is a legit full hour, not a "spa hour." My husband prefers the Regular & I like the Combo. Sunny feet is clean, the people are very nice & they do an outstanding job - highly recommend!
