The best of both worlds is the combo where it is a traditional massage in a private room with an unbelievable foot massage without all the soaking and pin point focus on each of the pressure points in your feet. Wow this was amazing. I thought reflexology was just for feet but it's a total body experience. Usually I shy away from getting massages because I am very ticklish. This isn't bad at all. They use pressure to massage you so you don't get too ticklish. You don't even need an appointment you just walk in and they seat you. They get started right away on you. They let your feet soak while they work on your neck and back. Then let you lay don't with you face covered while they work on your legs and feet. The room is dark and there is relaxing music playing. You don't have to take off any clothing. The massage was amazing and more of a deep tissue massage. They stretch and turn your body. If you have any issues or problem areas, I would let them know ahead of time. The price is unbeatable $30 for a total body massage on the weekend and I think 21 during the week. Let me start by saying I typically go to foot relief up the street. After leaving Foot Relief last week I noticed a couple other reflexology businesses and decided to give it a try. I wish I didn't. My experience was so bad that I wasn't sure I would make it through a whole hour. I had a woman whom I would assume was on some sort of punishment with the massage I got. My 9 year old could have done a better foot massage. She did flip me over and gave me a nice back massage with hot stones at the end. It is nice and quiet but our massages were very rough. I definitely wouldn't recommend the "combo" which is back and feet. The table they put you on for the back has an indent to put your face in but no hole. So you basically feel like you are suffocating because you can't breath. read more

I typically am not a fan of massages, or anyone touching my feet. My ex in college bribed me with a steak dinner to do a couples pedicure with her. In less than 10 minutes my big toe came within 3 millimeters of the mail persons face, and we called it quits. Needless to say, that old math concept- two negatives equal a positive, seems to hold true for me when it comes to reflexology. It's usually a really enjoyable experience, and resets my entire body/day/week, etc. this wasn't the case. I took the 60 minute reflexology foot only option, and was escorted to the quiet room, laid into the chair and then it began. Typically, you get a light back/neck/arm/hand massage, while your feet are soaking, then 80% of the time they work your feet, then your back/legs/etc again to prepare you to be back on your feet. You walk out, groggy, but relaxed, chug the little baby water they give you, and wait for your nose to clear. Here..... I got like 15 minutes of pre-foot work, then 20 minutes of foot work, and the rest was body. Which bother tf outta me because... idk..... I said foot only? I've done this a few times, and even with a ticklish foot, never had an issue. Here, like 5 times I had the knee jerk reaction. And if you didn't know, the science seems to be accurate on this stuff. Just as much as you can be back on your game, super sharp and reactive because of a great one, you can also be a fumblimg POS bcause your shits all unaligned now. I tripped on my own shoe laces, while driving, but I was wearing flip flops. 1-2 star experience, price is great, and maybe if I'm clearer about my expectation, this wouldn't happen. If you have never gone, the first time you may think it is a bit strange because the lighting is dim, and no one is talking past an occasional whisper. Trust me just go with it, and once your masseuse begins your massage you will know you have just found a piece of heaven. You get a full body massage!! Not only is it affordable, especially M-F with their specials, it is one of the best massages you will probably experience. I always leave a $20 tip because the massage is really that great!! Love a good reflexology massage. It was a Friday afternoon and I usually go to Boca Happy Feet down the street, but their $23 one-hour massage doesn't apply on Fridays. I googled other reflexology massage places in the area and this came up. I decided to give it a try. It was $26 for an hour. I think I like this place better. They start with a head/shoulder/hand massage while you soak your feet for about 5-10 minutes. After they clean and oil your feet. They massage each foot/leg for about 20 mins each. After that, they flip you over and give you a deep tissue & hot stone back massage. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep a couple times. It's important to know this is one of those places that has multiple chairs in a room. You do not have your own room or get undressed. They do have a more expensive option where you do get your own room, but you don't even need it. They give you a bottle of water and accept credit cards. I left feeling relaxed and a little sore and it's exactly what I needed read more

I brought my friend with me and all she asked was for them not to touch her face. Wow, that was the best hour of my day! This place is wonderful, clean, super comfy chairs. They do a terrific neck/shoulder massage while your feet soak, then its onto the feet and lower leg. I have had limited range of motion in one ankle due to a healed injury and they really got the ankle to move much more than physical therapy ever did. My friend who came with me has blood pressure and migraine problems and the man who did her massage asked her if she gets dizzy, he could tell from her feet! I showed 3 people their website on my iPhone which they JUST ADDED A $25 SUMMER SPECIAL. I told them I wanted to buy 6 gift certificates and buy 2 for us to use today. The OWNER and the guy that did my "foot" massage said if I buy 5 at $25 I will get 1 free. So I say great I'll buy 6 and my hubby can use the free massage. The massage was nice except I wouldn't call it a foot massage. He spent 30 min on my feet and 30 minutes on the rest of my body. If you're looking so only foot massage don't go here. We finish and go to check out. We buy the gift certificates at $25 each and add 20% gratuity $5. I walk out and walk back in and tell them to write gratuity is included on the gift certificates and they refused. Then they said its $30 a piece. I explained that HE. the owner, calculated WITH A CALCULATOR $25 + 20%=$210 himself. Both of the people complained "TOO MANY NUMBERS! I went in last night. Elaine was my therapist, and she was great. I got the combo body/feet. My low rating is due to all the talking and commotion going on the entire duration of my treatment. It started off with the male therapists talking and making noise. Then an obnoxious woman customer came in speaking at full volume, and right when she finally shut up, the male therapists started up, again. Now, even much worse than before. In an attempt to make lemonade, I used it as an opportunity to practice ignoring distraction. How Zen of me, right? If they make everyone respect a noise level conducive to relaxation, they would be much better. Oh, and the parking sucks at night, due to the adjacent bar. read more
