I wanted to love my first visit here, but it fell short of a true spa experience. The receptionist…read morewas nice enough to fit me in after work at 7:00 PM, but when I got there, she seemed really frazzled and stressed running back and forth from the business next door. I sat for 30 minutes before my session started (and was never given intake paperwork to fill out). My masseuse, Ana, was friendly, though she didn't speak English. I used a Groupon for a 50-minute massage with cupping and paid an extra $10 to upgrade to 60 minutes. Her technique was decent, but nothing special. The facility is clean, but the room setup is extremely basic--just a plain sheet over a pretty hard bed without any extra blankets. I was chilly the whole time, which definitely took away from the relaxation. Clean, but could definitely use some improvements in organization and guest comfort!

Massages, facials, waxing, AND subtle injectables! I have been coming to this spa for years - this…read moreis by far the best spa in palm beach county! Love the 80 minute complete massage - you will feel like a new person. Best part is I can get my facial, injectables, and skincare on the same day! Dr. Susan does such a beautiful job - as this was my first experience with injectables - I wanted minimal effects - just the appearance of a good night's sleep. And man....did she deliver! I feel great and can still move my forehead - just with a little less... judgement. I am so excited they have added dysport (botox) and Restylane (hyaluronic acid filler)! I am so happy with my results - I will never go anywhere else! Whether you are a local, snow bird, or visitor - this is a MUST do! Check out my before and afters - middle shows one side filled without the other (as I was a chicken the first time I went in - picture with hair pulled back shows 3 mo post filler - 2 weeks post dysport).

Me and my girls decided to book a Groupon to this Location. When we called to book, the…read morereceptionist took her information and was very thorough and quick. She was very knowledgeable about the area as we needed some recommendations on what to eat in the area. When we got to the location, it was a little tricky to find but we did find it. It was hard to get some parking as it is in the shopping plaza and it is pretty busy so keep that in mind. when we walked in, we were met by the receptionist and they greeted us and took our information. We did not have to wait long to get to our masseuse. We were offered water, and if we need it to freshen up in the bathroom. My masseuse name was Colvin. I was a little hesitant, because this is the first time that I had a male masseuse, but he was very professional and very respectful. I also like that under the massage table. They do have an emergency button in case if there is an emergency and I will need to leave. I have the medium deep tissue massage with enhancement of a foot scrub. The massage room was very clean and had a nice smell. The music was also nice as well. Colvin was able to massage out tension in my shoulders, and I knew exactly where to massage to get the tension out in different parts of my body. The enhancement foot scrub was also nice. Although we did pay a really good price to the Groupon, I would not mind paying the regular price because the service was five star.
