As far as massages go, this is by far one of the best deep tissue massage I have ever had…read more My guy, Mike was no joke. When I told him I wanted deep, he might as well put on a wet suit and air tank, because he went deep. At one point I didn't think I was going to tolerate it, but I'm glad I did because I feel unbelievable now, 8 hours later. I have been having stress headaches and so much tension on my neck and shoulders that it was unbearable. I was desperate and in pain. I'm glad I found them! The place is super clean and relaxing. The only reason they don't get 5 stars is because there is no real communication with the staff and they lead you into the room and don't really tell you what to do. Do I take of my jewelry or not? They give you a sheet that's about the size of a king size pillow case and I had no idea what to do. Do I wrap myself in it? So many questions. Once mike came in, he fixed my sheet and put it the long way. They work over it and don't really touch your bare skin until halfway through when they put the oil, hot stones (which are heaven-I might add) and then they wipe you all down with a steaming hot towel. They had the bars from wall to wall to walk on you, I think mike didn't do because he was a man and I'm a lady, but I will Definitely ask for that next time. I'm obviously a masochist!! Now that I know what to expect I'm sure it will be a 5 star experience next time and who knows I may treat a few friends for Mother's Day for a foot massage day of spoiling.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this experience was incredibly disappointing from start to…read morefinish. Two friends and I booked massages a full month in advance to celebrate a birthday. I specifically requested a male masseuse, and the spa confirmed it not only in writing but also over the phone for our appointment on Sunday, April 26, 2026. Everything seemed well-organized--until we arrived. We showed up early, as requested, and were asked to pay upfront, which we did. When it was time for our massages, two female therapists came to take my friend and me to the room. I immediately pointed out that there must be a mistake because I had clearly requested a male masseuse. They checked the system and confirmed I was right, then told me to go ahead to the room while they "fixed the issue." Once we were both undressed and lying on the tables, the receptionist came in and told me they did not have a male masseuse available at all. At that point, I felt completely put on the spot--I was already prepared for the massage and had little choice but to accept a female therapist, which I did reluctantly. She offered a partial refund at that moment, which I agreed to, but the situation was already uncomfortable and frustrating. The massage itself was just okay--definitely not worth the buildup or the inconvenience. Things got worse afterward. When I returned to the front desk, I was told that, after speaking with the owner, they could offer me a 10% discount... for my NEXT visit. That felt dismissive, considering the mistake was entirely on their end. Then came the worst part: our third friend--the one we were celebrating--never even received her massage. Her therapist simply didn't show up. The explanation given was that the therapist had been in a car accident and couldn't make it. While that may be true, the situation was handled terribly, and it left our friend--on her birthday--without the experience we had all planned together. I later received a call from the owner apologizing and offering a 30% discount for a future visit. But at that point, it felt more like an attempt to get us to come back rather than genuinely make things right. Between the scheduling errors, poor communication, lack of accountability, and the fact that the birthday guest didn't even receive her service, this was a completely unacceptable experience. Needless to say, they've lost three customers.
