While In Miami. I got really bad food poisoning. So I figure I'm severely dehydrated. Since the vomiting and sweating won't stop. After having surgery, I was highly dehydrated and desperate for a hydration IV which is how I found Reset IV. While their service does provide a nurse within about 1.5hrs at your home, the quality was incredibly disappointing. The nurse came into my home ill and was sniffling and coughing and sweating clearly with a fever. He had a terrible attitude when I asked any questions and asked him to wear a mask upon arrival. The IV, which usually lasts about an hour, was a 15-minute process, but considering I am recovering from surgery, I didn't want anyone sick in my home. So, this was a welcome rush. The only time he put a smile on his face was when he asked for a tip at the end. 1/10, and the 1 star is solely because he got to my house faster than other services would have been able to. read more
