They also had a downtempo EDM soundtrack while I was getting my treatment! Like a lot of Miamians, the cold weather (and friends who got sick) hit me hard. Although I work out and eat healthy, I was recently hit with the runny nose and sore throat. I needed an extra boost to recover and get well, so I found this Elixr clinic just off the 36th Street Causeway (close to Wynwood). I was told they have other locations in Brickell and Ft Lauderdale. I called and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. Kristina my nurse was helpful in asking my symptoms to get the appropriate IV & supplements. She also has great hands; I barely felt the needle! My IV took about half hour, and I hardly noticed the time in their office setting (ie instead of a hospital aesthetic.) I'd certainly recommend!

Okay I have to share because this was such a good experience…read more I went to Elixir IV and everything from start to finish was just perfect. Kaelen at the front desk is literally the sweetest--so welcoming, organized, and made everything feel super easy and stress-free the second I walked in. And Luis... amazing. He was so gentle, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. He explained everything, checked on me, and honestly made the whole IV process feel relaxing (which I didn't even know was possible lol). The place itself is super clean, aesthetic, and just has a really calm, luxe vibe. You can tell they really care about what they're doing. I had a very disappointing and misleading experience at Arviv. I was sold a "full face" Ultherapy…read moretreatment at 50% off, which sounded like a great deal. However, what I received was far from what was promised. When I arrived, I had just come from the gym, and no one even offered me water. I asked for a coffee, and it was never brought. I was left waiting for the PA ( Tyana), and when she finally arrived, I honestly felt like I had more knowledge about the treatment than she did. No one offered me a robe or a chance to change out of my sweaty clothes. I was placed on a bed for about two hours without even a pillow under my knees, and now I'm dealing with back pain because of it. The most upsetting part is that I ended up paying for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but they only worked on my jawline and slightly touched my eyebrows. That is NOT a full-face treatment. When I called to complain, the manager, Margarita, insisted they were completely right and claimed that what I received was "full face." After speaking with my plastic surgeon, I confirmed that a true full-face Ultherapy treatment should include cheeks, forehead, jawline, and chin. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency. First, they strongly insisted that I pay for and receive a full-face treatment. I even sent photos showing that they were wrong. Then, in an email, they suddenly stated they would refund me $180 because I only received a lower face treatment. Now I am even more confused, so which is it? Is it really acceptable to charge $1,470 for just a jawline treatment? This contradiction only confirms that they misrepresented the service from the beginning. Overall, this place is extremely unprofessional, not only in the service itself but in how they handle a dissatisfied client. I felt deceived, dismissed, and poorly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering Ultherapy. Be very careful with their promotions; they are misleading and not trustworthy.
