Never again. Terrible customer service. I came 15 min after my appointment time and I was told that the practitioner needs to leave and she will apply pressure on my IV bag to expedite meanwhile there's customer sitting with a full IV bag who just started. I told her no, I'm not comfortable with that, so she went ahead and canceled my appointment. Dangerous practice! Do not recommend it!! read more

Vita squad never disappoints me. I texted and Ricky replied ASAP and went out of his way to make sure I was helped. He even arranged my favorite nurse John to be able to assist me on this busy Saturday while there's several events going on (iii points, boat show, etc.) Only 2.5 hours later after I sent a text, John showed up at my house! For a last minute this is truly amazing. Communication is perfect, Ricky obviously manages the biz well. Both responded ASAP to texts. John sent me an eta for his arrival and once here, he was super friendly and professional as usual. Because I'm so grateful for this curtesy, plus John drove all the way out to the Roads, I showed my appreciation and regifted a verrrry nice valentines gift card so he can make his wifey happy. Yup not only Christmas gifts get regifted lol. Do not use VitaSquad. They were an hour late to our booking and showed up with bags of Gatorade. The IV did absolutely nothing but bruise my arm and waste 30 minutes of my time.
