I moved away years ago and for some reason, I just got a notice that they tried to bill my insurance (in Dec.2023) for services from 2021! And I previously had to contact them back and forth for approx. 8 months to try to get another bill paid by my insurance, which I was finally able to get resolved once they sent an itemized bill (which should be standard). In any event gave this place the benefit of the doubt after trying to schedule an appointment and going back and forth with the receptionist for 3 days for a simple annual check up and blood test. I got a 2 pm appointment and was told that no other appointments slots were available and to not eat for 6.5 hours prior to blood test. I showed up on time 5 minutes early for my 2 pm appointment. I'm told to wait and wait and wait that I'd be "seen" in a couple of minutes which become 45 minutes of waiting and waiting because this office is disorganized and dysfunctional. I tell them my time limited that I cannot be waiting for the fun of it specially when I have an appointment and I arrive on time. I'm told to wait another 30 minutes after wasting 45 minutes of my time waiting. I had to leave cannot be wasting 90 minutes to 120 minutes for the privilege of being seen when they feel like taking care of me the patient. Has this place ever heard of customer service ?
