I am a client of Dr. Jenna. I am a Oxy addict have been doing it for three years. Last year. Was the first time I ever tried to get off of it. I went to Jenna. It was the most beautiful experience ever. Like all addicts. You know that it's not easy to stop just the first one. I went one or twice more tried to do it obviously I failed now I call that I am dialled in that I want to get my treatment and I'm in that headspace and I get told by I guess the supervisor that Jenna no longer will allow me to use my insurance to go see her that I need to pay $300 out-of-pocket every time I do because according to her I didn't follow her procedures to me. It sounds more like farming people with money than helping people it is crazy to me but it's all good now I know who and what type of person she is well I always knew what type of person she was and the things I've seen of her oof. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't want those things that I've seen online. read more

Disgraceful. I am a long-term pain patient. They made me wait all month for my appointment and for me to come in, which is physically difficult to do on its own, to tell me they won't accept me as a patient. Now, days before my prescription expires, I have to scramble back to my referring doctor to renew my prescription. All the nurse practitioner offered me is suboxone for when I will inevitably go through withdrawal due to their carelessness. My previous pain management doctor has been transitioning all of his opiate clients out of his practice and referred me specifically to Dr. Kamlet because this is his speciality. I assumed there would be little issue. It's a real slap in the face, on top of already having come in last month to receive ketamine treatment for my back-pain and being turned away due to their practice not using ketamine to treat back-pain, which I explicitly explained to the receptionist that I would come in for over the phone. Traversing the ever-changing field of medical care regarding opioid pain medication is hard enough and painful enough without falling victim to this kind of careless and abusive mismanagement. read more

Beware. Unethical practice. Tristar Wellness attempted to charge me without my prior knowledge or consent for a yearly checkup visit that was 100% covered by my insurance. When I confronted them, their owner and CEO, Reanna Ramkhelawan argued vehemently that the charge was justified based on what I said to the nurse practitioner which she called the doctor. She said that the content of that discussion justified the cost of a separate visit. I didn't even ask to see that nurse and I waited an extra hour for her because they asked me to. Beware of the trickeries that this corporate owner without any health degree and driven by profit will pull on you to extract as much money as she can. I don't trust this unethical practice and will not come back. read more

I give zero for everything turned out of disasterous typical office with patient care services.... I give fair level on this Dr s knowledge sometimes it appeared from his stressy nor meltdown mood. Please don't get me wrong he helped me got right place for my cochlear implant with fantastic ear fspecialist within positive results...... the fact, he would be good at as medical consultation for every details & rehab psychologist than being real doc in some medicine field.. again, I wouldn't give recommend for any patients to come here for physically check up..... Zero star based on many reason and worst experience......... After spending an hour with him talking family history and doing a complete physical and comprehensive blood work I realized immediately I was with a very skilled physician who had a tremendous amount of knowledge in a lot of areas. Eleven years ago, I was prescribed Oxycontin by a legitimate doctor for legitimate reasons. When I realized I had become an addict, I went through detox after three years of Oxycontin. I left detox and discovered that I was still an addict and was suffering withdrawal. I quickly found a doctor authorized to prescribe Suboxone, which does a wonderful job of staving off the hell of withdrawal. Only problem is, Suboxone itself is addictive and very expensive, especially because most of the docs prescribing Suboxone charge a fortune (first visit $400-$500!), write a script and shove you out the door. After seeing several other doctors who could prescribe Suboxone but really did nothing else, I found Dr. Kamlet. He was the first doctor that really understood what addiction was all about. He really listens and gives all the time you need. Dr. Kamlet managed a program of tapering off Suboxone for me, and I am now clean of all opioid use. Couldn't have done it without him. I doubt there is a doctor anywhere in the US with more knowledge about addiction and the best of several ways to treat your addiction. As good as a Doctor can get; I've been seeing Dr. Kamlet for almost ten years, and he's the reason I'm still alive, and living just about pain free. He sits with me in his office and he's a real Doctor., he spends as much time with me as needed, not an in and out type of Doctor. When you want the best, look no further.....!!! P.S. I've read some of the negative views on this site, and I find them laughable. His staff is as competent as I've ever seen, and the one that talks about the cancellation notice, well that's on us.
