At this point the noise was even worse so I suggested moving to a different room because I wanted to relax. They informed me that it didn't matter what room they would give me because the noise was going to be traveling throughout the spa. I asked them to please ask the owner to be considerate and as expected the staff was hesitant to do so since he's the boss. It's completely understandable that they were afraid to ask him to lower his voice but they did it anyways. The staff was honestly great. After they asked him to keep it quite, the noise did get better and luckily I was able to enjoy the massage. Another reason I gave the spa 3 stars was because I was taken to the sauna but I was never given a locker to put my personal stuff so I had to carry my stuff back and forth. It was awkward.
