We've been thinking about Botox and fillers for so long. My wife and I saved our pennies, did our research and landed in BCC. I'm so happy we did! The consultation exceeded my expectations. Dr. Dozier's tact, professionalism and humor made the whole experience so comfortable. She answered our 27,000 questions and was incredibly thorough. The staff in the front is just as professional, humble, INSERT ALL THE POSITIVE ADJECTIVES EVER. It should be noted that you can eat off of every single surface in this office. Incredibly clean/sanitary. Two weeks after our consultation we had our plump. That on its own deserves it own review. When I thought things couldn't get better they did. You feel like you're in a dream (mind you they're sticking needles in your face but i stand by what I say). They have defined what it is to "take care" of someone. My wife and I were first timers and they were so comforting. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left it was a spa like experience. I can't thank the staff, nurse and doctor enough. When i saw my lips I became super emotional. They looked phenomenal. It was worth every single penny. The procedure was not painful AT ALL. I don't consider myself to have a high pain tolerance but they take EXTRA care and make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the whole procedure. Going to a dermatologist makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE. If you are on the ledge about going through with this I beg you to give this place a shot. I'm a nervous rat and someway, some how they managed to make an anxiety ridden experience a relaxing one. Forever grateful. I will update my review with a before and after once I'm healed and ready to go. Oh, and did i mention you can call and text them whenever after your procedure for questions/ concerns ANYTHING. Like I said, they take care of you. Oh and my wife looks like she did when we met 7 years ago. I might even say better. Hope she doesn't read this. read more

My favorite place for self care. Julie and her team are absolutely amazing. Best treatments, wonderful attention to detail and customer experience! I've been getting laser hair removal, hydro facials, clear and brilliant and everything else related to aesthetics!!! I am so happy with the results! read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. Negligent practice. One emergency room visit, 4 eye doctor appointments and two months later, I'm finally okay after Brickell Cosmetic Center's negligence with laser hair removal giving me UV burn to my eyes. Here's what I texted the manager: Hi Ernesto, I got a second opinion from Bascom Palmer Eye Institute and I have a written diagnosis of Photokeratitis in both eyes. He is having me come back for photos of the back of my eyes in a couple weeks but I'm not going to wait that long because I'm experiencing dimness in color my vision. Paige did the wrong area, toward the back of the bottom of my chin, she didn't say "are you ready?" And starting zapping at the left side of the back of my chin toward my throat area, which I believe caused the light to shine up through the bottom side of the glasses. She did it rapidly a few times, (again, without saying "are you ready") So I had to stop her and say wait that's not even the area I need done? Those are glasses you guys are giving patients, not goggles. People have different shape faces, I have a small face. The light obviously went underneath the glasses and into my eyes. I think Paige needs to lose her license and be fired immediately. She was physically foaming at the mouth the first time I ever met her and something seemed off about her. The second time I met her when she did this to me, she wasn't even following the conversation that she started with me. I was talking about something that I did the day before and before I walked about she said "well good luck with that". So odd. I don't think she has good intentions. I have been crying on and off so hard. This could have been prevented. read more

ZEROOOOOOO STARS !!! WATCH OUT SCAMMERS !!!!! My daughter and I went for a Botox consultation and everything went great. They injected us and they then told us give it 2 weeks to see results. Two weeks pass by and I went to my touch up appointment because it didn't even look like I had anything done, they told me I needed to pay $150 for my touch up! SCAMMERS ! I've never heard of such a thing before! I paid $460 for absolutely nothing !!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I asked them why they didn't tell me ahead of time that I needed to pay, they had nothing to say. TERRIBLEEEEE PEOPLE !!! read more

A lovely place to find incompetence and crooks. I came in for a hydra facial, they make you pay before the treatment. Now that I got the treatment, I understand the method to their madness. My facialist told me she was able to remove a milia (deep clogged pore) that was bugging me and I inquired about down time because I had a crazy weekend ahead full of events. My appointment was on a Monday or Tue. She assured me it would be about 2 days before the redness would go down. Lies. She left me with a nasty scab for almost 2 weeks that has thus turned in to a scar that is still on my face 2.5 months later. The milia was a dream in comparison to what I went through. I asked for a refund via text and they kept asking to chat on the phone instead of simply issuing the refund. Therefore, never got a refund like the true pieces of sh*t they are. I suppose they're worried about getting sued, as they should be. Pls see pics for what they did to my face & make a wise decision before going here. read more

Been a client at Brickell Cosmetic Center for over a year now and I'm finally ready to write a review... Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. The center is extremely organized in scheduling and confirming appointments both via email and text. The Center is quaint and always is enjoyable to visit. They offer a wide range of services and high quality skin products. They open on Saturdays which is very convenient as it's hard for to make it after work during the week. The laser hair removal machine Soprano Ice is truly magnificent. It's one of the least painful lasers I have ever experienced. The tip of the machine is cold so they can numb the area before they zap you which allows you to hardly feel any pain. I highly recommend. I tried other machines in other places and they honestly were pretty torturous. The blue obagi peel is also an excellent treatment as well as the Micro Pod (Microdermabrasion) treatments. Overall everyone is also extremely professional which has always made this experience at Brickell Cosmetic Center enjoyable. They will also pay your parking if you are doing certain treatments nearby. Stay Youthful! read more

My daughter is very picky about anyone touching her face. After some research I found Brickell Cosmetic Center. They have the cleanest center I have yet to see. The techs are great at what they do and my daughter has returned twice. Very happy we found them ! read more

Extraordinary Center from the front desk to the amazing Dr. that does injectables. Everyone is caring and I will definitely be back!

I would give the Brickell Cosmmetic Center a 10 plus. I needed very serious operation on my face. I was so lucky to be treated by Dr. Lauren Dozier. She discovered the problem immediately and reacted very fast to have it taken care of, she did an excellent operation, the scars are almost healed. Dr. Dozier and the staff were unbelievable professionell from day one, there was not waiting time and I felt were welcomed by everyone. I really can recommend Brickell Cosmetic Center for all your dermatalogy problems, you will be in exclusive hands. Thank you all for your effort! read more

I don't know if I can even rate this place one star. They're good at doing fillers but I paid $850 and got $400 worth of fillers they didn't even use the full syringe and I'm very very unhappy. read more

Updating my review: The jet clear facial is not like a cleaning facial. It's 15min and only a superficial cleaning. For a good facial I go somewhere else as they are super expensive here. Friendly staff and clean place. I went back when I had swelling and it totally helped me even it only lasted few hours. Thank you. read more

My experience was not good. I took an appointment for varicose veins. I speci asked them not to inject any saline solutio which when I was there was not taken in account. I was applied a gel sedative to avoid the pain of the needle. I waited for about 30 minutes. Once I the procedure commenced, I never felt so much pain before ( I have been doing this procedure for at least 15 years as a follow up). I was told to keep bandages for 15 days, not to work out and every other things that I was asked to ensure a good result, which I did. I was In pain for about 2 weeks ( this had never happened to me before) and not only this but I have scaring veins on my legs which is even worse than before doing the procedure.I thought this would go away after 2 months but we are 3 months I am realizing it will never go away. This is very depressing. My advice is go to a board certified cosmetic dermatologist and avoid these types of centers who pretend to be good at everything to make money or go to Europe where they are way well advanced for this type of procedures. This procedure should not hurt and give you some pain. Not at all! They charge about $1,200.00 which is not worth it at all! read more

My experience was not good in this place. I had 4 laser sessions to improve the spots on my face that according to her were superficial and I ended up with more spots than I had due to the bad job. It cost me a total of $2,192.69. Every time I had the appointment, they bullied me and changed it, not to mention that I ended up with a worse face, I warn you and I suggest you not go to that place, everything is very nice, a lot of glamor, but a super service. extremely bad and when it was the last appointment he told me but you have caught a lot of sun as the spots were still there and I answered him well can you believe that I had not gone out at home for three months because I had undergone surgery read more

This review is loooonnng overdue. Glad my daughter set up my Yelp account!!!!!! If you would like to have an esthetician use the same machine tip on your face as 30+ other people this is the place! What am I trying to say you may ask? When getting microdermabrasion done the tip needs to be changed out after every client. Is this done here? No. When I saw this was happening I said no way never coming back here again. This is to the owners. I will use caps in case you have bad eyesight. YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE DOING. I AM SURPRISED YOU HAVE NOT BEEN SHUT DOWN FOR LYING AND CHEATING CLIENTS. YOU DO NOT PROVIDE A CLEAN ENVIRONMENT AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE YOURE HIDING. YOU MUST THINK WE ARE ALL IDIOTS, AND WE WOULDNT NOTICE??? It really doesnt cost that much to run your business with the prices you charge your beloved clients. If you dare to enter, make sure they dont treat you like the a chump! read more

So I spent almost $10k to get absolutely nothing but permanent red spots on my face and neck lines from this so called rejuvenating laser treatment called "Morpheus". Please beware with this. Not only did it not do anything but my neck now looks worse and I have some permanent needles marks around my mouth that won't go away. Velashape is BS. Profound is the only machine worth going for but it solves a tiny area and your fat goes somewhere else. Beware of this place. They upsell you for every mistake causing you to pay thousands to fix what wasn't wrong in the first place. Oh and the supposed "dr" is terrible... got filler and made my jaw all uneven. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. read more

Sheryl and another tech have been nothing but knowledgeable and helpful with my skincare and health needs. I will be back for more dermatology and cosmetic needs for sure. Please check them out! read more

After my friend had some glowing results from a microdermabrasion, I'm curious to try it myself. There are plenty of groupons around for such service, but I am rather wary of them, as most experience as reviewed on Yelp are rather negative. I am in for a pleasant surprise. First, when I called to make an appointment I was able to get one for two days later, unlike some groupon deals where you have a hard time booking anything. I was also glad to find that the place is not smack in Brickell/downtown where I would pay a lot for parking. It's in the Roads, and besides the small private parking lot, street parking can be found. After filling out the intake form on a tablet, my appointment began on time, and last the time they said it would. My aesthetician was really nice and friendly. Best of all, while she discussed what treatments may benefit me the most, she gave me brochures to read on my own, and was honest in her comments, something along the line of "this technique works best if using XXX, but our service here uses YYY." I was all braced for serious sales pitch but was much relieved that I was not pressured to buy additional service or product. This alone is worth two stars!! So, in conclusion, I am one happy customer. read more

I have been coming to BCC for many years for many different reasons and the staff, the services and products have always been 5-Star! I received a hydrafacial today from Amanda and her professional service and easy demeanor inspired me to write this review I should hav written long ago. Dr Dozier is great, but what's not great is the owner/management team of this business. I have been promised a call back three times to discuss getting refunded for a deposit on an appointment that I cancelled a couple months in advance due to me moving out of state. My husband and I spent a lot of money at this place during our time in Miami and it's upsetting that I've been lied to multiple times and treated poorly. read more

Not all facials were created equal... and I have searched several crevasses of Miami-Dade County in search of the perfect facial and had utterly failed until I came here, and met Loly, a true professional. She knows exactly how microdermabrasion should be done... she's not guilty of sporadically poking my face with the machine and/or yanking my face every which way like several other aestheticians that have unfortunately crossed my life's path. Yes, parking is sometimes a pain but it's definitely well worth it! Every time I go my skin stays radiant (aka "glow-y") for days! read more

I purchased a groupon for a laser facial treatment. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I received from the moment I called to schedule my appointment, to the moment I came in for my session. I also really enjoyed speaking with aesthetician Christy during my consultation. She was very knowledgable and super friendly. I can't wait to return for my second session and many more treatments! read more

Most professional spa ever. From the team that handles reception to the quality of the professionals and the amenities. Elizabeth who did my dermabrasion was absolutely fantastic. Even though I used a Groupon, they did not try to aggressively upsell their services, which by the way, I would totally buy as they are fantastic. Highly recommended. read more

They offer a lot of services, but the techs are a bit snobs, have no creativity or understanding of cosmetic, they only do their thing. I was trying to get a wise honest recommendation, and they just send me to another tech to sell me more stuff. They were more confused than I was, I really wanted to speak to a cosmetology that knows how to speak to ladies, read more

I can thank Groupon for finding this gem! I wanted to get a micro but the prices in most places are usually $100 and up. I saw a groupon for a series of 3 for about that same price and after reading almost every review I purchased it. And I am so glad I did! Like the rest have said, the prices here can't be beat. Plus, they offer package deals which save you money on multiples of the same treatment. I first went with Daniella and she was amazing. I have gone back even after my groupon because I loved Daniella. She was thorough and explained everything and has a gentle touch. I've done facials with her and have continued doing the micro as well. They offer an array of options to choose from and services so check their website and ask questions. They often run deals on groupon for new customers so make sure to check there first- you won't be disappointed. read more

Very happy with the service provided. Julie is very knowledgeable and explains treatment exactly how it's going to be. She makes me feel comfortable during the procedure and she even follows up with me the following days. The girls up front are very professional and sweet. The service is good and so the treatment. I don't like though that I have to pay in advance to be able to book an appointment. I understands the a lot of people in Miami don't care about others time, so they book and they don't show up, but I don't feel comfortable with this system . In case, for any reason, I would not be able to be at my appointment the money will go into my account and not be refunded. During my last visit I was about to book a new service but when they asked me 250$ in advance I have renounced. Cause of this I am not sure I will be back again, and it is a pity since I like the place read more

I purchased a Groupon from here on a whim and had a microdermabrasion done with a LED light treatment. It was my first time, so I don't know if I could be a good judge of the microderm, but based on what I know/researched about the it, I feel like I got more than my money's worth. I felt immediate results, and my skin looks clearer and and more "glow-y", even though it was my first procedure. My technician/esthetician was very thorough and was very sweet, even though the whole time I kept asking her what she was doing and what she was putting on my face. The room I was in was very calming and spa-like, all white with clean white sheets, the lights turned off and nature sounds playing in the background. I'm definitely hooked, though I don't think I could afford the regular prices for their services, I'll be on the lookout for more of their deals! read more

Place is easy to find. There is only about 5 parking spots and the entry is really narrow. Receptionist wasn't rude but neither welcoming. She was just "doing her job" kind of attitude. The place was clean and well maintained. Room was clean as well and with a calmed atmosphere. My esthetician was really professional and courteous, she wanted to know if I had specific concerns about my skin and make sure I was comfortable during the treatment. The treatment it self was under and hour. Compared with previous facials I have had before it seemed to be a bit short. Pros: nice environment, clean place, good customer service by Esthetician. Cons: Not all stuff is friendly, parking, not sure if I would pay regular price. read more

I have visited this location twice in the last two weeks. Luckily through the help of Couptessa, I was able to purchase certain deals such as massages and facials for a fraction of the price. The staff is VERY friendly and accommodating to your schedule. The rooms are clean and the ambiance just makes you feel relaxed. With or without a coupon I would return to this location in a heartbeat. Not only are the prices affordable, but they are literally five minutes away from my apartment! It is very difficult to find affordable worthwhile places in the Brickell area; this is definitely one of them! read more

If you're looking for a place where you can comfortably go get your "stuff" done, search no more. The level of attention given by the staff at Brickell Cosmetic is absolutely wonderful. Their prices are very reasonable. Keep tabs on their specials to save you money! Best bet is to like them on Facebook, and you will see their deals! read more

Do not go here. No clue if they do a good job but if you want to wait an hour after your appt time and still not be seen maybe they will. All I did there was waste my time filling out their forms while they had no respect for my time or money. Finally after waiting in the room I went back to the front desk only to have them tell me it might still be another 10-15 minutes but they didn't know. As if my whole day should be spent waiting there to pay their higher than average prices. So yes if you have all the time in the world and enjoy staring at a wall waiting for someone go here. I would suggest going somewhere else where they actually respect your time and money read more

Bought a deal a couple of months ago on Couptessa for a facial and collagen mask. After months of trying to get an appointment at a decent hour on a Saturday, I finally got in. One of the first problems I encountered was parking....there was no parking near by. There are about 5 spots, behind the building, which are super tight to get in and out of....not recommended to go in a big car. So then you get inside, nice little waiting area and everything is set up nice, but you get this questionnaire that's two pages long....for a facial? Really? Ok, so fill out the questionnaire....final get to the facial. Upon entering the facial room, which is rather big and nice....the esthetician asks me if I want her to do extractions. Really...isn't that part of a facial??? Ok, yes, extractions...moving on....all she worked on was my nose and nothing that I couldn't do myself at home after showering. During what was supposed to be the time for my pores to open up during the steam, she was working on my face "exfoliating" it. Um, I thought the steam was supposed to open up my pores so you could later work on the extractions and THEN exfoliate? Moving right along....collagen mask. So the mask itself came out of a little pouch....which she placed over my face. She then proceeded to massage my face....neck, head and arms? Since when are your arms considered part of a facial? So it was finally over....she then proceeds to attack my cleansing technique. Tells me that the cleanser and moisturizer I've been using for years, YEARS, are not good for my skin.....um, I've never had a problem with them before. Sorry, I will not purchase an $87 cleanser from you because you recommend it. Needless to say, I will never go back to this place. Thank goodness I didn't pay full price for this....no where near worth the $75 they charge full price. read more

I had 3 microdermabrasion sessions done . The Esthetician was very good and friendly. I bought the Lumicelle anticellulite package of 6 treatments on Groupon. Place is very nice and clean and stuff are sweet and friendly, but this package is a waste of time and money. Every treatment lasted about 10 minutes (if you look up anywhere online treatments should last 30-60 minutes). Every time I spent my time driving and waiting there (they are not very good at organizing appointments), and I didn't see any real results. Every time I went they tried to sell me more packages, telling me that it takes at least 24 treatments to see real results. Sometimes groupon deals are good opportuinty to save, but in my opinion this one is a scam. read more

I work in the luxury hospitality, and have access to numerous spa, facial, treatments, novelties world wide. Why do I love this place? The client is their number one concern ! No fuss, no pushy sales, no extra crazy tools and accessories you pay a fortune. No money you spend and get the feeling that I have to thank them to take care of you. Julie and the entire team are there for you. They want you to feel better, they want to perform with results that you can see, they speak the truth ! And this is what I call caring service. I do not need a brand to show off around my friends, or people to polish my shoes with heavy words, and stiff welcome. I want result, efficiency, respect of schedule, clean, trust, good selected products, knowledge, smiles, convenient, normal price, large range of service parking, and perfection in every action. I do not want to feel like a cash machine. Client is king, and they got that. Here your appointment is respected, what you wear, represents is not what matters. They are loyal to everyone. I want to be a woman considered for her loyalty, and recognized for my expectations. This a 5. A hidden jewel of professionals. I even brought my husband because I knew he would love the efficiency and not feel overwhelmed or out of place by the girly fuss you might find sometimes in places. We will be back soon julie! I have been meaning to write a review for my favorite neighborhood spa and finally got some time. Like many of you, I was given this gift via Groupon. For me, I live close by, therefore this location couldn't be any more perfect. My gift was the 3 Microdermabrasion services with the LED light. I can't recall the name of the esthetician who first treated me but she was very kind in explaining the treatment and all procedures as I was a first time client. Yes, there is a form to fill out as a first time client. However, why would you mind an extra precaution for your skin? These types of forms, as a wise customer, go to show the lengths that the company would go to provide you the best and most accurate services. Bravo I say! Once I was done with 2 of these services, I decided to purchase a regular price facial. I am aware of my skin and I knew this would help for the final micro service. That's when I met Ellie. She really goes above and beyond in explaining your skin to you. She has been involved in this industry for 20 years and her passion comes out with every service. Honestly, she is the only person that now touches my face. I don't mind the extractions, she simply has a different way and I applaud her genuine care for my skin. Request Ellie if you're a first timer, I promise you won't regret it. And yes, she asks you what your current regimen is in order to help you achieve what you want. It only makes sense if you don't know what you're putting on your face exactly. I just purchased a toner this morning and I will try it out because I have nothing to lose and all to gain. The birthday gift is also a plus as a client! So thank you Ellie and BCCS, you have been great to me so far. I have seen the change in my skin and I am a very happy customer! =) read more
