I had a very disappointing and misleading experience at Arviv. I was sold a "full face" Ultherapy…read moretreatment at 50% off, which sounded like a great deal. However, what I received was far from what was promised. When I arrived, I had just come from the gym, and no one even offered me water. I asked for a coffee, and it was never brought. I was left waiting for the PA ( Tyana), and when she finally arrived, I honestly felt like I had more knowledge about the treatment than she did. No one offered me a robe or a chance to change out of my sweaty clothes. I was placed on a bed for about two hours without even a pillow under my knees, and now I'm dealing with back pain because of it. The most upsetting part is that I ended up paying for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but they only worked on my jawline and slightly touched my eyebrows. That is NOT a full-face treatment. When I called to complain, the manager, Margarita, insisted they were completely right and claimed that what I received was "full face." After speaking with my plastic surgeon, I confirmed that a true full-face Ultherapy treatment should include cheeks, forehead, jawline, and chin. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency. First, they strongly insisted that I pay for and receive a full-face treatment. I even sent photos showing that they were wrong. Then, in an email, they suddenly stated they would refund me $180 because I only received a lower face treatment. Now I am even more confused, so which is it? Is it really acceptable to charge $1,470 for just a jawline treatment? This contradiction only confirms that they misrepresented the service from the beginning. Overall, this place is extremely unprofessional, not only in the service itself but in how they handle a dissatisfied client. I felt deceived, dismissed, and poorly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering Ultherapy. Be very careful with their promotions; they are misleading and not trustworthy.

Instead of having me interview at the Sunny Isles location, they had me drive over an hour to the Brickell location. Once I got there, both the lady at the front desk and the manager I was about to interview with were both very cold and rude but I didn't think much of it. She then proceeded to ask me two questions during the interview, the first being my prior work experience and then asking whether I knew Spanish. I was struggling to understand her English because she had a strong accent and I said that I was new to the area and still learning it. She then ended the interview very abruptly and muttered "why do they keep sending people here that don't know Spanish?" I was shocked because the interview had lasted less than three minutes and asked if there was anything else I could do. She said no and dismissed me. I messaged the original coordinator who I had the zoom interview with explaining what happened and they proceeded to ghost me. This entire experience was incredibly unprofessional as they could've asked about my language capabilities any time from my initial application to the zoom interview but instead had me drive over an hour each way just to ask two questions. The way it was handled was also very disrespectful and caused me to leave the place sobbing since it was the worst interview experience I've ever had. I would imagine if this is how they treat their interviewees and future team members that they treat their customers even worse. Don't waste your time here.

Yes she is professional however there is deception going on when it comes to sending out emails with special discounts! In reality there are NO discounts. It is just a soliciting ploy to get clients to make appointments more often. If the assistants quote prices on the phone BEFORE any monthly specials - don't count on getting those prices reduced. When inquiring and asking the Dr. face to face in the exam room (after treatment about the discount in an email I received), She said that her assistant would come back in with the pricing. Yet moments later the Dr. and her assistant began whispering back and forth just outside the open door about it. This practice is more concerned with revenue than the services and in my opinion, are way overpriced compared to my former Board Certified dermatologist.

I am updating my review after a year and 12 treatments with Dio at Bellafe. Dio is the real deal…read moreand it has been the best investment in myself outside of the gym to visit her every 4-6 weeks. As someone who is 37 years old and has never done botox/filler, preventative skincare is something I value to keep myself looking young in a city like Miami. When I first started visiting Dio, my biggest concerns were my skin texture, redness, and the visibility of my pores. Over the last year Dio has really transformed my skin - we alternate from doing either the into the glow brightening facial, the hydrafacial, or the purifying depending on my skin's needs. Since we started, I have also always added the microcurrent, which is a non-surgical facelift that uses low-level electrical current to make your face look snattttched. It also helps with collagen and sun damage which is really essential in the Miami sun. Another focus area for me was my décolleté. Growing up my mom always told me that the first signs of aging were a woman's hands and neck, and I truly regret all those days without sunscreen in my youth. When I mentioned this to Dio she told me about her chest Anti-aging facial which is the best $35 add on ever - since starting those last summer my skin has way less crepiness and discoloration. A year into consistent treatments and I see that my skin is way smoother, a lot less red, more hydrated, and my pores are a lot smaller appearing. I also notice a difference in how I feel without putting makeup on, since my skin looks healthy and hydrated without it. Dio also sells high-quality skincare items which I have adopted into my routine for at-home skincare. I trust her so much when it comes to products and recommendations because she really wants the best skin for her clients - not what is going to be the priciest spend for them. In a beauty-forward city like Miami where a good facial can cost you as much as a car payment, Dio is extremely affordable. She has a wealth of experience and is constantly learning new techniques and trends to make sure she has the best options for her clients. Also - if you look at her skin, you will see that she is the best billboard for her services because she looks incredible! She's also a total girls' girl and sweetheart. If you are looking to invest in yourself and glow from the inside out - could not recommend Dio more. She will get to know your skin an really make you shine. She also offers make up services and brows, too! Last summer after a wild trip to Spain I also tried her Hangover treatment - which was a lymphatic treatment that was the best detox ever in a infared blanket for 75 minutes. Definitely helps you get those toxins out and feel amazing. It comes with a microcurrent which is awesome to make you feel snatched from head to toe. Long story extremely long - book a visit to Bellafe, you won't be sorry!
