I had a very disappointing experience here. I initially called about pricing and was told about a special if I put down a deposit, which I did. When I came in, I was offered an additional discount for 'educational purposes' in exchange for being filmed, and I was told the results of the non-surgical rhinoplasty would last up to 9 months. I was so grateful and appreciative. About 5-6 weeks later, I noticed my nose already starting to revert back to its original shape. When I called, I was told there is only a 2-week window for touch-ups -- which is confusing, since I was also told it takes about 2 weeks for the filler to fully settle. At that point, I hadn't even seen the final result yet. When I reached out about the early fading, I was told I could pay $850 for a touch-up or consider surgical rhinoplasty. There was no accountability or willingness to work with me. Instead, it was implied that my body 'metabolized it quickly,' and the focus kept going back to the fact that I received a discount. Regardless of the price, this is still a cosmetic procedure that cost a significant amount of money, and I expected results to last longer than just over a month. If this was an ethical, professional provider they would not have treated my concerns regarding their botched work as me being "ungrateful." Yo, Get Refreshed is the best group of people. I felt so welcomed. I was so anxious to get the work done, I couldn't wait after following GR for some time on social media while living in Atlanta. Last year I was 58 years old with a lot of asymmetry in my face. After botox, heavy filler at bone (chin, cheeks); soft filler under eye and lips, you'd never know how uneven my features were. If you don't do ANYTHING but get your lips done by THEE most amazing JoJo you will not be disappointed! Actually, my lips were an afterthought while getting dressed for my follow up appointment the next day. My Intuition whispered, "Get your lips done.", while I was brushing my teeth. So on arrival I requested. Once Jojo did her magic, it was like Glenda the Good Witch annointed my lips with her wand. THEY WERE PERFECT. NO DUCK LIPS IN SIGHT. The lips seem to play well and balance my new square chin, and new high cheeks. After completion, I took a pic and sent it to friends individually and they all responded literally with the same word -WOW!-. GR is my team. I would have returned by now, but last Miami visit, I got plastic surgery body work done. I have been going here for about 3 years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars and tried almost everything. My last visit was the last time, I felt so rushed when I've always been such a laid back client. It's very obvious now that they dilute their products. I go at least 3x a year for lip injections and barely notice a difference and suddenly I never bruise, which has never happened to me at previous med spa's. I've tried PDO threads, do not waste your money it is purely their marketing to get you in the door. The affects are more temporary than Botox. From the time I arrived, I felt like I was a celebrity! Service was beyond excellent! They have valet parking and I didn't have money to tip because I was unaware, however the attendant told me very kindly "not to worry" and wished me a great experience! Upon check-in, I was quickly greeted. I was offered a seat and some snacks, and before I could even sit down and enjoy I was taken to a private room that had beautiful wallpaper that had just been installed. The two ladies that helped me were very kind and weren't pushy! I told what I wanted and they told me if they recommended it or not! Never did I feel pressured to get more than what I wanted! Office was super clean! The bathroom was even a nice vibe with super cute decor! Prices were reasonable and they even have a follow up to make sure you're satisfied. Highly recommend! My first time ever getting Botox or filler, my experience wasn't a good one. All of my swelling has gone down, as it's been just about a month. I got Radiesse in my cheeks, which looks mom-existent. I also got it in my chin and she injected my shadows which I didn't have. Now my chin, which was already kinda pointed, looks boxed and not elongated as intended. She also advised that I should get Botox in my chin for "dimples" that were barely noticeable. I obliged since she was the expert and I thought she knew best. Well, turns out, she injected me in the wrong spot. It's been a month and my smile is still crooked/asymmetrical. My speech is effected because of my mouth and when I smile/talk, my platysma muscles are exaggerated as a result of the misplaced Botox. I don't look or feel like myself and I can wait for this to wear off. Since the Radiesse didn't really take effect, that's not my issue, although I feel like I wasted money, it's the Botox that is troubling. I have tension in my neck since those muscles are being overworked and now I'm stuck for months until it wears off. The staff is extremely nice, even JoJo (my injector and the place is clean, so that's why I'm giving stars. I wish JoJo wasn't in such of a rush that day. Maybe she wouldn't have been so careless. The owner was not in the office that day and she was working alone and obviously overbooked and felt pressured. I felt rushed and not attended to. They didn't even take before pics smh. My overall experience wasn't great and as a result, I'll NEVER get Botox or Radiesse again. $1500 for what? A botched smile and filler that doesn't even show. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and fees of Get Refresh the fees and treatment associated with my recent procedures {Thread, Dermal filler injections on my jaw line, lips, chin, cheeks & HDR,} performed at your facility on Feb. 2024 I went in to the office with high expectations after following Get Refresh for several months on social media, and seeing some of ratings and reviews and results on their patients . During my consultation by the professional injector I was convinced Get Refresh was what I was looking for. Sadly, after having my procedure done, I encountered several issues that have left me feeling disappointed with the level of service I received. I believe it is important to address these concerns to ensure that future patients have a more positive experience. I like to start off with pricing, I thought the amount quoted of $7,000 was a bit over my budget. Ms. Summer was happy to offer affordable financial plan that seemed fair at that time with 0% finance. The agreement was signed with trust and hope for a professional and supportive experience. I providing the additional deposit required in order to have the procedures done. I was so excited for me since I had just retired from the Education system after 15 years of dedication. I was looking forward to a Refresh look on my new journey. After the procedure I was very swollen and bruised for the first few days. I didn't receive a follow up call as promised. I actually called the office for the post. I must admit the treads were very painful but I was willing to take the discomfort for beautiful results. After 3 weeks of the procedure, I contacted the office for a follow up appointment for perhaps some needed touch-ups. Which I went too and I express my dissatisfaction to JoJo at that time. I mentioned to JoJo that I did not fell I got the outcome I expected. Ms. JoJo understood my concern. JoJo advised me to try fillers with my own PLASMA to help with my concerns on my cheeks and jaw lines. JoJo said this would help with the unsatisfactory results. After a few weeks of the PLASMA injections, I called your office again to request another appointment, and was told by one of your office personnel that I had already exceeded my two follow up appointments that were included in my price, anything else would be additional. That is not what I wanted to hear. My experience fell short again, I was expecting a follow up appointment not free service. I just wanted advice. That was it! I said to myself. I felt like I was cheated and that all Get Refresh cared for was the $7000 not the care of the patient or patient satisfaction. On October 12, I received a surprised text from Ms. Annabella asking how I was doing after my procedure back in March? at that time I explained some details regarding my results and frustration. I even sent pictures. Annabella "said" JoJo would be reaching out to me after she was done injecting a patient. No returned call. October 15th, I followed up with a text to Annabella. ME: did you speak to JoJo? Annabella replied I will call you within the next hour. No returned call or message. Oct. 31 I texted requesting an email for Jacob. The response was Jacob & JoJo don't really check their emails as their days get hectic, Leidy said she would personally make sure that either Jojo or Jacob sees it today. No returned call or text from the staff or injector after being told that a virtual call would be schedule on Nov. 12 was my last attempt to reach someone. I believe it is important for the patients to have a voice in matters concerning their care. At this point I feel that my concern was left unresolved. UPDATE/WARNING: They know how to play the game and they play it WELL, as I was completely PLAYED out of my money. I am writing this review to try to save someone out there THOUSANDS of dollars. I paid $5,500 for filler; I was told it would last 8 to12 months. Here I am 5 months later, and all signs of the filler are gone! I called "Get Refreshed" (More like "Get Ripped off") to voice my concerns in order to avoid updating my google review, thinking Jacob would make it right. They invited me to come back in, and for a brief moment I thought I had made the right decision. When I went in to see Jacob I waited 4O MINUTES in a patient room until he finally walked in. After he took a look at my face, he agreed my filler in my nose and my chin were GONE. He proceeded to tell me he would "hook me up". When I asked him what the "hook up" was he avoided my question. About 1 minute after he left the room his associate walked in to advise me the "hook up" he spoke of (but couldn't tell me to my face) was another $850 for ONE syringe?! One syringe would not make a difference for what I needed to have done, not to mention the $850 he was asking for after the money I had already spent with him! MORE MONEY JACOB? Why invite me in? Why waste my time? Bottom line. DO NOT LET THE LOUD MUSIC, FLASHY INSTAGRAM STORIES, PRETTY GIRLS OR JACOBS FLIRTY DEMEANOR FOOL YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY. If you are looking for the best place to spend your hard-earned cash DO NOT COME HERE. How is it possible that the "strongest" filler I was given lasted me 5 MONTHS FOR 5 GRAND!?! I first went to Jacob in 2018 for the non-surgical nose job. Although I had had rhinoplasty done a few years before, I was never crazy about the results. Jacob achieved in 15mins, what my surgeon couldn't do under the knife, and for about an 8th of the price. He was extremely honest from the beginning, and told me that he wasn't sure how much he could help me, but was certainly willing to try (it's a little harder to manipulate the nose, once you've had rhinoplasty and there's all that scar tissue build-up). But low and behold, the results were amazing and exceeded anything I could have ever asked for! I loved his work so much, that I went back two weeks later and decided to trust him with some lip injections (which I had never had before). Again, he did not disappoint! So much so, that since then I have referred about 5 or 6 people to him who have all had equally great experiences. Fast forward a year and a half, I decided to go back and get another round of fillers for my nose and lips. This time I decided to try Jesse, who works alongside Jacob as an injector, and loved her work as well! Everyone has commented on how natural and feminine my injections look. And not to mention, that this place has the friendliest staff EVER! They reallyyyyy go out of their way to engage with you and make you feel absolutely comfortable. Lastly, when I first went to Jacob in 2018, I asked him if there were any other areas on my face that he would recommend injecting (you'd be amazed at what he can accomplish with fillers) and he said no. Ok so I went here with super high hopes. They told me what they suggested I went along with it paid almost $9000 to have zero change. I went back a few weeks later they pulled up my b4 and after pics and zero change like nothing. The filler that was put in my lip is completely gone I did a ton of threads and no change. so I started going here about 8 months ago and have gotten several procedures done. seemed like a reputable place until multiple incidents started happening I never said anything bc I did not want to be negative and they usually did a pretty good job. first off I feel that the price of the procedures are very high for the lack of experience and professionalism That the injectors have I believe you are better off going to a board certified doctor. one of the injectors there (Jacob) has horrible bedside manner he literally walked out on me half way through a procedure bc I felt uncomfortable, then continued to send multiple employees in the room to talk to me including his fiance. (UNPROFESSIONAL) i had several bad experiences with the Iv being administered to the point where one time blood started shooting out my arm... i have spent probably around 15k in procedures here and most of them did not last or weren't the right procedure to begin with. the last incident that pushed me to the point of posting this was when I and got filler desolved from my lips Due to migration I told the injector I wasn't happy and wanted to put filler back but I was worried about getting migration again she said I can't promise that won't happen then injects my lips leaving not only brushing/ lumps, but I also now have lip migration worse than before. I believe this is due to the lack of experience from the injector and feel it is unfair to charge the same price as experienced board certified doctors as a practitioner with minimal experience. They make you feel like your time and money is insignificant. The "master" injector is pompous and cocky.
