Along with the program she was incorporating A combination of B12 shots one month and super fat burner shots the second month. The results were INCREDIBLE!! I dropped 18 lbs , and I felt great. I then went on my own and was able to keep my weight at 130lbs. 5 months after, I then decided to try another medical spa that was closer and the vitamin b12 fat burner shots they had were not the same. Bought the 4 week Groupon deal. When I made my appt I met with doctor Iris and she explained I needed another program that cost $286. The Groupon specifically states that the package comes with a diet plan. The doctor never gave me a diet plan and told me that I am an adult and should know what I should be and not be eating. There was no medical evaluation to even know if I should be taking pills such as phentermine. I wouldn't recommend this place as they do not lead you the correct path. Losing weight comes with guidance on what you should and should not be eating. Doctor was just focused on injection and pills. Week 1 lost 2 pounds, week 2 did not lose anything and doctor advise to watch what I'm eating- well if I knew what I should be eating maybe I would have gotten better results week 3 have not lose anything. I went in there for the hcg injections. On their website it says first time users $199. I told her this and she said that is not possible. I then showed her on their website where it said that. She excused herself to go talk with her coworkers. When she comes back she says they all agree it must be weekly. When I called made the appointment asked about everything over the phone. I asked specifically about the $199. They confirmed this over the phone. When I arrived the price was $360 for a month they told me the price was $199 weekly. That would be close to $800 monthly, but then they offered me the $360 saying it was a discount. They have no idea what is on their website and now I have wasted my time on their unprofessionalism. read more

I love Juventis Med Spa. I've been seeing Dr. Rubin for over a year now for Botox and recently for Juvederm Ultra Plus filler in my lips. He's very sweet and I've never felt pressured to purchase anything. Suggestions are given, but never any pressure. Tatiana, the office manager, is just as sweet and very conversational. They run promotions on Gilt City every three months, which can even be purchased by existing clients. Additionally, when added to their email blast, they run promotions every month. Their prices are very reasonable and the service is great. I'm in and out in 15-30 minutes depending on the treatment I get. They definitely respect a patient's time. Certain things you should know about this place: 1) Sneaky selling techniques- I went in wanting to use a Groupon. After the lady told me that the pills that come with the Groupon don't work,etc that I should buy the other more expensive one. I fell for it and I did. 2) Terms are not made clear to you once you purchase your package - I bough the package for 4 weeks of the weight loss and the shots. I used 3 weeks ... lost weight. Now I want have to use the last week I paid for AGAIN I PAID FOR... this was not a a Groupon. They tell me it expired. I ask what expired? The package ? That doesn't make sense... no one Told me that when I purchased it. She then puts me on hold and comes back and tells me the medicine expired. REALLY???? I went to Juventis MedSpa for skin tightening using a process called EMatrix. The procedure was performed by a technician NOT a doctor. The procedure was amazingly painful!! It is effectively like setting fire to your skin. The technician allegedly applied a topical anesthetic for a few minutes before beginning the procedure. She repeatedly applied the laser to my skin. Each time I flinched in pain, she said that she would lower the laser. It did not feel like it. I paid $650 for someone to burn me!! After about 30 mins which felt like 3 days, I had to ask her to please STOP! NO amount of money is worth that pain. I left with the smell of burnt flesh in my nostrils. My skin was so hot that I had to apply ice once I got home. The next day the dark scaling began. The technician said that the scaling was part of the process and should only last about 5-6 days. It lasted nearly 2 weeks!! I called the technician repeatedly to complain about the scaly skin. After my 3rd call, she finally returnrd my call. I had to keep my neck covered this entire time otherwise my friends would stare & ask what happened to my skin. By the time, the technician had returned the call, I had already made an appointment with a dermatologist to assist me. The dermatologist was stunned to see my damage & advised me not to repeat ematrix at Juventis. Be warned that this procedure is extremely painful and at the very minimum should be supervised by a physician!! RUN dont walk away from Juventis!! read more

I went to Juventis spa in January 2014 to try out the HcG drops program. The spa was recommended to me by a friend who knew I was looking to kick-start my 2014 weight loss/ fit campaign. I did not know much about the HcG program, but I made an appointment for a consultation anyway. The staff at Juventis are very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The staff member who performed the consult was very knowledgeable and walked thru a brochure that helped me with a diet plan for the program. No question I asked was stupid-- she was very kind and patient with me. They took my measurements and weight, and also encouraged me to try and give myself a shot so that we were all sure that I could give myself the daily shots. It took me a long time because I am a big baby and hate needles, but they were so patient with me and helped calm me down so I could administer the shot. I took the 1st week of the program with no difficulties. I lost 5 lbs by my first weigh in a week later. I ended up having to travel around the time that I would have been scheduled for my first checkup, and the staff was very accommodating to refill my Rx in advance as well as write a letter and Rx so that I could travel with the equipment. I ended up giving up and not going thru the program for the entire 30 days, but if I were to take a 2nd try at it-- I could go back to Juventis! read more

Izis Guzman you are a healer! I have had ongoing sciatic problems for years, to the point where I can hardly stand up and have to drag myself. Anyone that has had serious sciatic problems knows the pain and how crippling it can be. So on my visit to Juventis I mentioned it to IZIS and she said let me try this combination of vitamins in an injection to see how it works. And at this point I would try anything, I mean I have been to Doctors, chiropractors, therapist, I have tried yoga, stretching everything and anything anyone recommended or I could find on the internet. So IZIS gives me this shot in the morning and by the afternoon I was feeling so good I cannot even put it in to words.
