I literally stalked her ig page for about 1 year before I decided to pull the plug. I even had my husband stalk her work! lol Dr. Dulce is amazing! I live in NY and flew out twice now just to see her! I wanted to wait before writing the review the first time in June 2025 and I LOVED it with less than 1 syringe!!!!! It didn't last long so I booked again Oct 2025. This second time I had 1 syringe and idk. I am not loving it... I feel the top sticks out like a pout and it doesn't look like my normal lips (I prefer the more semi natural look). I wanted a pout in the bottom like the first time. I have never left a negative review, but I feel it's important to share my experience for transparency. I initially came to this clinic to dissolve migrated filler from a previous injector and then redo my lips. During my consultation, I clearly explained (multiple times) that I wanted to recreate the look I had previously achieved with one syringe when I first got filler. I showed photos of my own before-and-after results from my first time ever getting filler -- not photos of someone else's lips. I was simply asking to return to a look that my lips had already achieved in the past. I specifically asked whether that look could be achieved again with one syringe on a blank slate, since that is exactly how it was done the first time. I was told yes. After dissolving all previous filler (which I understood and agreed was necessary), I returned for a full syringe. We reviewed the shape and goal again before starting. I emphasized that I wanted height without a "duck" appearance and showed the same photos of my own previous results. It has now been a month, and there is virtually no visible difference in my lips compared to before the refill. When I returned for clarification, I was told that one syringe is often just a "foundation" and that more product would likely be needed to achieve my goal. I was also told that a different filler was intentionally used to avoid migration. My concern is not that more filler might be needed -- it's that this was not clearly communicated beforehand. If one syringe was unlikely to achieve the look I clearly described (and that my lips had already achieved with just one syringe before), I believe that should have been discussed before I moved forward and paid approximately $2,000 between dissolving and refilling. I fully understand that results vary and that no guarantees can be made. However, proper expectation-setting and product selection should align with the patient's clearly stated goals -- especially when those goals are based on the patient's own documented prior results. The staff was kind and professional throughout, but ultimately I left feeling disappointed and unheard. I hope this review helps others ask very detailed questions about product choice, realistic syringe expectations, and long-term planning before proceeding. read more

I have to say I am very surprised and saddened by any bad review because I have had a wonderful experience with not only Dr. Dulce but Jenny AND the front desk staff. They have been wonderful. I travel from Maryland so it's a whole thing to get down there just to have my lips filled, but it was wayyyyyy worth it. I have been seeing her for about five years now. I come down every six Months. I had botched filler in Maryland and had to get my lips dissolved four times up there and when I came to my filler appt at DNAge, she said there was still filler in my lips. I needed to get the dissolved again! And push out my appointment and prolong my stay. Of course I was super disappointed BUT I came all this way. So I did it. And sooooo glad I did. I love my lips so much!!! Dulce is so attentive, honest and I just enjoy her as a person. Very down to earth even though she's a IG Goddess. I bruise and swell sooo quickly so on my touch up she suggested I go without numbing. Which I did, begrudgingly. I am a huge baby with pain. And have had bad experiences in the past. But I swear to you, it was less pain without numbing and her gentle touch than any other lip filler I've ever had. I look at reviews this way, your least favorite restaurant is someone's favorite. For whatever reasons they may have. And vice versa, everyone is so different. I've also been told many times, by top injectors- FACES ARE NOT PERFECTLY SYMMETRICAL. So consider when you get any face filler. Also. Most people use some sort of editing app. We need to consider all of this when we claim our expectations. Anyways. I do think my lips are Perfect. And cannot wait for my next appointment!!I will not let anyone else touch my lips. read more
