I had a very disappointing and misleading experience at Arviv. I was sold a "full face" Ultherapy…read moretreatment at 50% off, which sounded like a great deal. However, what I received was far from what was promised. When I arrived, I had just come from the gym, and no one even offered me water. I asked for a coffee, and it was never brought. I was left waiting for the PA ( Tyana), and when she finally arrived, I honestly felt like I had more knowledge about the treatment than she did. No one offered me a robe or a chance to change out of my sweaty clothes. I was placed on a bed for about two hours without even a pillow under my knees, and now I'm dealing with back pain because of it. The most upsetting part is that I ended up paying for a full-face Ultherapy treatment, but they only worked on my jawline and slightly touched my eyebrows. That is NOT a full-face treatment. When I called to complain, the manager, Margarita, insisted they were completely right and claimed that what I received was "full face." After speaking with my plastic surgeon, I confirmed that a true full-face Ultherapy treatment should include cheeks, forehead, jawline, and chin. What makes this even worse is the inconsistency. First, they strongly insisted that I pay for and receive a full-face treatment. I even sent photos showing that they were wrong. Then, in an email, they suddenly stated they would refund me $180 because I only received a lower face treatment. Now I am even more confused, so which is it? Is it really acceptable to charge $1,470 for just a jawline treatment? This contradiction only confirms that they misrepresented the service from the beginning. Overall, this place is extremely unprofessional, not only in the service itself but in how they handle a dissatisfied client. I felt deceived, dismissed, and poorly treated. I would not recommend this place to anyone considering Ultherapy. Be very careful with their promotions; they are misleading and not trustworthy.

Beware of bait and switch at this practice…read more Waited over 2 hrs, that's my fault, I should have left, then my laser treatment which I had approved at $1500 - changed as the consultant kindly stated they recommend a chemical peel instead. I agreed, where it turned super shady was when I said ok, how much is the chemical peel, they said $350 + product and then the lady said oh, it's actually the same price for everything. To which I said, what no, that doesn't add up. They kept trying to offer me free facials or bday treatments for my poor experience and I said no thank you, just refund me the laser treatment I dint have and only charge me the chemical peel and products. Sadly, I don't think I'm the first person to have been scammed by this facility. I'll be reporting them to the BBB and board of cosmetology. I just want to pay the fair price that was quoted. Nothing more or nothing less.

Unprofessional and rude staff. I first had a 30-minute zoom interview for the Front Desk…read moreCoordinator position for Solea Spa in Sunny Isles, which went well and they moved me to the next step which was an in-person interview. Instead of having me interview at the Sunny Isles location, they had me drive over an hour to the Brickell location. Once I got there, both the lady at the front desk and the manager I was about to interview with were both very cold and rude but I didn't think much of it. She then proceeded to ask me two questions during the interview, the first being my prior work experience and then asking whether I knew Spanish. I was struggling to understand her English because she had a strong accent and I said that I was new to the area and still learning it. She then ended the interview very abruptly and muttered "why do they keep sending people here that don't know Spanish?" I was shocked because the interview had lasted less than three minutes and asked if there was anything else I could do. She said no and dismissed me. I messaged the original coordinator who I had the zoom interview with explaining what happened and they proceeded to ghost me. This entire experience was incredibly unprofessional as they could've asked about my language capabilities any time from my initial application to the zoom interview but instead had me drive over an hour each way just to ask two questions. The way it was handled was also very disrespectful and caused me to leave the place sobbing since it was the worst interview experience I've ever had. I would imagine if this is how they treat their interviewees and future team members that they treat their customers even worse. Don't waste your time here.

I began having issues with the implants shortly after. The tissue was stretched too tightly and I had massive wide scars because of that. I have finally had them removed after years of issues. Now I see Dr. Hochstein lied about everything. He did not place gummy bear implants, they are 375cc and not 200-250cc as agreed! The lower cost type of implant placed was releasing silicone into my breast pocket. Had he used the gummy bear implants he was supposed to use, I would not have had all the medical complications. I do not understand why he chose to lie or not do what I asked for. Having the 375cc implant has caused me massive issues and even more complications upon removing them, which is why I did not want that large of an implant to begin with.
